After I payd 60 soles for late checkout and then at checkout decided to go for a full night instead they wanted another 120 soles for a full night instead of logically only the price difference of 60 soles extra. Wtf? That would’ve been 180 soles for that night instead of 120 if e extended regularly in the morning. Absolutely zero logic here. Didn’t take them up on this generous offer.

The staff was amazing, from the reception to the doormen and the housekeepimg team. Excellent customer service. Location is close to everything.

The friendly woman who helped us!
the shower was cold. and the taxi we booked prior with the hotel was not at the airport when we arrived. The bed was really stiff.

The breakfast should have more of a typical Peruvian breakfast rather than the American breakfast, which consists of ham, cheese, bread, coffee, cereal, eggs, etc.

Good hotel at all
I still havent understand the reason, but we paid to a much higher currecy that the official. The receprion didnt explained us why, it was definitely kind of cheating. Also noise from the kitcken ecen we were to a high floor.
