EMPLACEMENT! Ce Sandcastle Petite est à seulement un pâté de maisons de la promenade et de la plage! Votre emplacement est situé au 2ème étage d'un complexe de condominiums de 2 étages, au coin de 9th and Pacific, dans le prolongement de Atlantic Avenue! Rudee Inlet, Grommet’s Park, restaurants, boutiques et même le parc d’attractions se trouvent tous au coin de la rue ou à quelques minutes à pied! Nous maintenons une grande cuisine bien équipée comprenant un lave-vaisselle et de nombreux petits extras pour rendre la cuisine accueillante et conviviale! Une grande télévision à écran plat 47 pouces montée avec câble se trouve dans le salon et une télévision à écran plat plus petite avec câble se trouve dans la chambre principale. Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre principale, un lit double et un lit simple dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. Il y a une buanderie payante au 1er étage du complexe et une place de parking réservée dans la rue. (Pour une voiture supplémentaire ou pour les visiteurs, une terrasse de stationnement horaire et de nuit se trouve facilement en face du garage de la 9ème rue. La porte d'entrée a une serrure codée pour une entrée facile et un séjour sans clé! Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue chez vous! :)

Overall clean and comfortable.
There is only one parking spot but we were able to get a spot across the street that we could come and go.
There is a lot of street noise outside the bedrooms.
Our host was very responsive and friendly.
Overall it suited our needs.

Holly was very responsive from the get go and gave us a local person for additional assistance when we arrived. The apartment was clean, bright and a wonderful place to make ourselves feel at home for the week. The location was great too- about a block to ocean, stores and restaurants and the tram was also a great option to have. We would definitely return! Thank you Holly!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Will definitely return. We were super comfy and everything that we needed was within walking distance which was perfect for our weekend away.

Great location — close to everything! Private on-site parking was a plus. And parking garage right next door for any extra guests. Host was amazing and responded to all questions in a timely manner. Unit is very close to street so there was a good bit of street noise but it wasn’t bad. We loved our stay and would love to stay again. Very clean. Just perfect. Thanks again!

Our property manager was very communicative, and generous with check in/out times. The condo itself is small but VERY cute, with very comfortable furniture, luxury towels, and a kitchen with every pot/pan/utensil you could possibly need. Literally one block from beachfront, you can walk the downtown area for miles. The downside to this is that evening is hopping, and you’ll hear lots of traffic and loud music, which we fixed with “white noise” apps. Overall a great experience though, with many many choices for food and entertainment in every direction. Easily would recommend to any small group or family who want a fun beach experience.

Our stay was very enjoyable as the condo was in pristine and clean condition. It was airy and very comfortable. Holly the owner was most accommodating, she’ll cater to your needs anytime of the day you can count on it.
We’ll stay here again without a doubt and we highly recommend it.

Cute condo in a great location. We were able to walk to the boardwalk in a few minutes. There are wonderful restaurants close by. We enjoyed Chix on the Beach, Rudee's by the marina, and Waterman's to name a few. We were also able to walk to the marina for two great boat tours. Holly was great, she was quick with replies and provided all information needed. We had a great stay.

Well maintained property with everything you need. Hostess is very responsive and helpful (gave us both early check in and late check out without us even asking!) Checking in and out was super easy and hassle-free. Location is perfect - one block away from the main shopping strip and another block to beach. Also very quiet as it's off the main strip.

Holly and the little beach condo were lovely. With just a short 1 block walk to the beach, this place is a wonderful compromise for those wanting to travel and stay at the beach without paying the hefty price tag of oceanfront rentals. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance and the boardwalk and strip are never dull. Holly is a wonderful hostess and the condo was clean and well stocked with things we needed to make our stay comfortable (dishes, towels, and paper products). The air conditioner works well and the beds are comfy! Thank you for the wonderful week!

It was close to the beach and shopping. The cabinets in the kitchen need handles; very hard to get open. The air vents in the bedrooms didn't open very far; so bedrooms were extremely hot at night. Otherwise, I would recommend this location.

The location is just minutes from the beach which was perfect. There are a ton of things to do, see, and eat within walking distance and it was also a close drive to so many amazing things to see in the area!
The condo itself was clean, and the perfect size. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the a/c kept things nice and cool!
Management was incredibly communicative during our entire stay and we had zero issues. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location if you want to be right in the middle of all action and activities in Virginia Beach, walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants, all sorts of entertainment, artistic Vibe District, and lots of different boutiques. The condo is very well equipped with everything, furnished with taste, and lots of cool artwork on the walls. The host is just wonderful, understanding, and thoughtful, making it a priority that the visitor truly enjoyed their stay. Very pleased with the stay.

This condo was perfect for a last-minute vacation for my fiancé and I. It’s right off of the main road and only a five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The building is a bit older but the condo is very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. Because of COVID, we brought groceries with the intention of doing our own cooking and staying away from restaurants, and we found the kitchen stocked with the equipment we needed. We were also supplied with bed linens and more than enough bath linens for the week. We did not find the noise nearly as bothersome as some other reviewers have. There is definitely some road noise at night as the building is located at a busy intersection, but it’s not excessive—my fiancé is a very light sleeper and even he slept just fine. We didn’t hear our neighbors at all. Holly, the owner, was a pleasure to communicate with. Overall, we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.
