Emplacement boisé très privé et calme niché entre Centre Village et West Village avec une courte promenade de 3 à 5 minutes vous amène aux activités du village. L'emplacement est idéal pour l'accès à la montagne en hiver pour le ski. Sortez par la porte arrière et traversez le ruisseau et vous êtes sur le domaine skiable. Marchez 100 mètres vers l'ouest jusqu'au télésiège à grande vitesse Union Creek ou descendez au télésiège à grande vitesse Flyer ou au téléphérique / télésiège New Eagle. Écoutez les sons tranquilles du ruisseau Ten Mile qui coule près du patio arrière en été.
Seuls les sentiers pédestres / pistes cyclables et les pistes de ski sont visibles depuis cet établissement. Il est calme, caché des rues et des autoroutes et des parkings. This townhouse is the perfect place to stay at Copper Mountain. The host was so accommodating with answering any question we had prior to arriving and allowing us to get in a bit early. We were welcomed with “treats” that they had left for us that were so yummy. The town house is very spacious and allowed our family of 6 room to spread out and still have enough room in the common areas to hang out together and play games. With great directions from the host, we were able to identify paths that allowed us to only carry our skis about 10 yards before we could ski down to the lift. An even better bonus is we could ski all the way home to the back door. The private hot tub after a full day of skiing was another great treat! Not to mention you are a very short walk from both the Center Village and the West Village. We did Apres Ski each day in the Center Village as well as a few meals. We liked Dukes and Saw Mill Pizza.
We cooked all breakfast meals and several dinners in the town house. The kitchen is well stocked. They even have spices, olive oil and few basics available so you don’t have to start from scratch. They have a crock pot which was nice to be able to turn on before skiing and have dinner all ready when we returned home.
The place is decorated well, the beds are comfortable and the location CAN NOT be beat! A favorite family vacation for our crew!

Exceeded expectations -- our stay at 'The Shack' was wonderful. This property is exactly as advertised on VRBO (which is not always the case). Well stocked, clean and in THE BEST LOCATION between Center and West Village. Communication with Tom and KK is impeccable. A++

Our group included my family of 6 and my brother's family of four. In total, we had 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 14 to 2.5). There were comfortable sleeping options for everyone. We were very happy to be so close to the Schoolhouse, where kids lessons are located - it was a 3-5 minute walk to the lesson area. Super convenient to get to center village also, probably a 5-6 minute walk to the central area near American Eagle Lift. The home itself was perfect for our group and well stocked with all the kitchen items we needed to cook all of our own meals. Tom was a wonderful host and was very easy to contact when needed. Highly recommend!

Family Ski Vacation
The vacation property was well laid out and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room for the 6 days we were skiing. Perfect location for our granddaughter who went to ski school. Short walk to ski school and we were able to ski down for lunch each day. The underground parking was great.

Great Family Experience
This location was great for our family. We were able to enjoy each other and still have space to have privacy. The hot tub was a hit after skiing and the family games in the common area were filled with laughter and fun in a perfect environment. We loved this home and Tom was the best host.

We loved staying in Tom’s condo! It was perfect for our 3 families to get together without feeling on top of one another. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus there’s a 1/2 bath on the main floor. We made good use of the washer/dryer, the wine fridge, the extra fridge on the bottom floor, definitely the hot tub, and definitely the fireplace with an on/off switch! The kitchen and dining area had enough room for our group of 9 plus 3 guests that joined us for dinner (the kids ate at the coffee table in the living area, but there was also a folding table available in a closet if needed). There were tons of games, DVDs, and books, and even sleds in the cabinet on the porch, so when we finished skiing we still had plenty to keep us entertained! The radiant heat was perfectly cozy, and the balconies/porches off of each bedroom were a nice way to welcome each day! Tom and his wife left us a sweet welcome basket, and accommodated my request for a crock pot and humidifiers for each bedroom. They were truly the best hosts! They checked in on us throughout our trip to make sure we were able to manage the major snowstorm that came during our trip, and were readily available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely rent this condo again the next time we visit Copper Mountain!

We loved staying in Tom’s condo! It was perfect for our 3 families to get together without feeling on top of one another. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus there’s a 1/2 bath on the main floor. Location was excellent - a short walk to the lifts and easy to ski back to the patio area. We were a group of intermediate/beginner skiers so being between Central and West Villages was just perfect.Tom and Karen were fantastic hosts. Very easy to reach with questions. They went out of their way to make our visit to Copper a highly enjoyable experience and it was much appreciated by all!

Great mountain getaway
My family absolutely enjoyed this property. Great quite location with biking/walking trails right outside the door. In the front entrance we loved the grass area set with a BBQ and a fire pit to cook smores. We are pretty picky about staying in a clean house and this didn't disappoint! We probably will be back in the future. All the games left was a plus too as we wont need to bring them next time.

Our family loved staying in this condo! It’s located very close to the ski runs and is nice and clean. The owners were very easy to work with and communicated pro-actively and clearly. We will definitely try to stay here next time we visit Copper Mountain.
