Got in with a phone call
It was very nice. The city fees were way too high almost double the cost.

Nice unit with garage
Arrival instructions not accurate regarding keys. Sour smell from a/c. Not clean - dust bunnies and empty bottle under bed. Mice in unit - found droppings in the morning. Very close to highway so noisy when trucks go by. Some of white linens were stained. Birds nesting in soffits.

Simply and private.
My unit was too close to highway could not sleep well due to noise. Master bath need something to block the car lights at night time. Units 1,2,3, and 4 I can not rent any of those units. The entire complex would be better IF it was back from the road by a minimum of 50 feet.

The house is virtually new, very comfortable and well setup kitchen and equipment. liked having a garage to store our car and bikes when not used. The bed was very comfortable
The bedroom is on hwy 191 so we got traffic noise during the night. It is a bit south of Moab (the opposite side of the parks) but only an extra 10-15 minutes.
