worst experience ever. beware of the horrible host.
Awful. no lighting on stairs. DANGEROUS. Very steep stairs, difficult to get up or down even if you’re in good shape. apartment is dreary , with absurd decor.

No cover on fan, only 1 fan, no hot water or kettle in kitchen, no internet

The apartment was well designed, the bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, in the center of town yet quiet. And the view of the garden/terrace was beautiful. I highly recommend staying there.

Apartment in a traditional building in the center of Volterra. We liked it and felt very well there.
The place is very cold. The water boiler must be switched on when someone wishes to have the central heating on too.

Beautiful location, top of a hill in central area , really loved in , once parked ( use the underground one) walk everywhere, very traditional, excellent communication from host, would stay again
