A colorful sunrise mountain view from the windows is the perfect way to greet the day and feel right at home in the mountains! A quiet spot on the hill that is a quick walk to the trailheads and Main Street. Apartment has all the amenities you need with good heating and water. The host are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The best place to stay to enhance the nature magic of El Chalten!

the apartment is big and the bed very comfortable

-the payment method in booking allows cards, but when we arrived it was only cash (which is very difficult to get, as the town is very small). -the final charge asked in ARS at the end of the stay was higher than the one we agreed on booking (I know it's a different exchange rate, but let's imagine that suddely we have a devaluation, at the end of the stay we would be paying more than -the double, not fair. you should charge the guests the price we agreed at the time of the purchase). -we paid almost EUR700 for 5 days, I think the price is too much for the quality of the equipment. -the wifi did not work at all

Lucila is a super nice host who was very willing to help us with information and advice about hikes as well as general travel information. The room has a great view over the village and is very nicely decorated.

Lovely apartment, good kitchenette, comfortable bed, very clean, great view. Bathroom big and appeared newly built. Nice lounge/dining area. Hairdryer provided. Wonderful host who provided information on trails and advice on what to do and when, was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions and was very flexible with when to take payment. On day of check out allowed us to stay later because the next guests were arriving late, this allowed us to come back and shower after a long hike before our bus. Located very close to the start of the Laguna Torre trail and many restaurants.

WiFi intermittent and slow but this is El Chalten not the fault of the property. Quite a long walk from the bus station with suitcases but as mentioned above, there are other pros to the location which outweigh this. Great stay.

Great apartment - much better than the pictures. The host were absolutely lovely. Wifi worked well. Amazing view, and great to get to the various treks.

Great location (short walk to town and also quiet). The apartment is warm with lovely furnishings and Lucila was very helpful with local recommendations. Highly recommend this apartment. We loved it! Please note that Lucila does ask for payment in cash, so if you have the opportunity to get cash before you get to Argentina (ATMs are often empty and the fees are crazy!) then that would be recommended.
