Vous cherchez une maison loin de chez vous pour passer des journées de détente en famille ou entre amis? Ensuite, notre maison confortable, que nous louons occasionnellement, est une excellente option pour vous. Il est situé au sud-est de Nuremberg - beau calme dans la campagne, mais toujours bien situé. C'est un point de départ idéal pour des excursions dans la région (Suisse franconienne / Région des lacs de Franconie) ou dans le zoo de Nuremberg et le parc de loisirs Playmobil.
Le salon confortable a accès à la terrasse couverte exposée au sud et au jardin. Il y a aussi quatre chambres et deux salles de bains. Bien sûr, vous pouvez également utiliser notre cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière avec plaque vitrocéramique et four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, cafetière et grille-pain. Café et thé, sel et sucre et vinaigre et huile sont disponibles.
L'accès Wi-Fi peut être utilisé. Utilisation de la machine à laver sur demande.
Dans notre jardin bien entretenu, il y a un étang de jardin, qui n'est pas clôturé. Vous pouvez vous garer directement devant la maison. A proximité il y a divers restaurants et magasins.
L'arrêt de bus est à quelques minutes à pied. En bus, vous avez une connexion directe au métro et au S-Bahn et donc à tout le réseau de Verkehrsgroßraum Nuremberg. Avec le S-Bahn, vous avez besoin de 15 minutes de la gare principale / du centre-ville. De la gare centrale, vous pourrez également rejoindre l'aéroport Albrecht-Dürer en seulement 12 minutes en métro.

If I could give this property a “10” I would. Claudia met us on the main road to guide us to the house which is set back a ways from the road. She showed us around and gave us the lay of the land. There is an extensive house guide with all kinds of tourist information as well as tips about the house.
Claudia thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with some staples to help kick off our stay. She provided soap for the dishwasher and detergent for the washer. There were paper towels and napkins There were lots of towels (dish towels as well as bath towels), which was a problem at other places we have stayed. The beds were firm, there was plenty of hot water, and there is ample storage space for guests’ belongings.
I needed to order something from Amazon and Claudia was most accommodating in facilitating delivery.
I can’t say enough good things about this home. It’s big, bright, and comfortable. It’s convenient to Nuremberg. I did suggest that they get a freezer, but other than that, a perfect stay.

We used the house as a base to explore this part of Bavaria and found we could easily get to Bamberg, Regensburg and Rothenburg, as well as Nuremburg of course! It was perfect for this; the house is well equipped and in a nice area with plenty of access to shops and restaurants. Claudia and Astrid were very helpful and it was nice to get to know them a little. Definitely recommended!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property. We were impressed when we drove up and that never changed. Property was conveniently located for all our activities, one of which was meeting with relatives in Vorra who we had not met before this visit.

This is a comfortable and inviting home and was perfect for a family vacation with children, parents, and grandparents. Claudia and Astrid went out of their way to set up the home for a holiday vacation with decorations and treats for the kids. Highly recommended.

We had a really nice time in Fischbach. Excellent facilities and beautifully presented. Spotlessly clean and everything we required was available for use.

Very nice and extremely relaxing house in a very quiet area and wonderful surroundings, yet few minutes away from the city centre. The house is super clean and fully equipped with everything one can need with a wonderful private garden and patio. Thank you Claudia for being so nice and helpful, and we hope to come again soon

If you're planning a visit to Nuremberg, this is an absolute must. The perfect house in the perfect location. It is in the suburb of Fischbach south of Nuremberg and the owners, Claudia and Astrid give excellent directions about how to find it. Parking is easy and off-street. It is easy to get into Nurnberg either by car or by public transport (S Bahn). The home itself has been fitted out with forethought and practicality. It is easy to see that Claudia and Astrid are travellers themselves and know what travellers might need. We were a group who needed three bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom has its own shower and bathroom as do the two bedrooms upstairs. The house is beautifully furnished and has a friendly, welcoming feel to it. The kitchen, dining area and lounge room are cosy and user friendly. There is a washer and dryer down in the basement for those who, like us, have been travelling for a while. The garden surrounding the house is very pretty, although we did not get to see the resident turtles! There is a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away and another bigger one about 10 minutes walk away. It was wonderful to be able to do our own cooking after a few weeks of restaurant food.
Best of all was the hospitality and friendliness of Claudia, Astrid and their mother. We had such a lovely time here and will definitely be back. We miss it already. Thank you Claudia and Astrid!!

Had a great time. House is very spacious. Has everything you need. Good location, everything in a walking distance. Very close to Nurnnerg. Owner of the house Claudia, was very friendly and helpful. Certainly would come back.

We stayed (2 adults and three children 13, 10 and 7) at the house for 4 nights in July 2017. Claudia (the owner) welcomed us very warmly, provided information about the area and made us feel at home (in good English). The house is very comfortable and feels more like you are visiting family or friends rather than a temporary rental. The kitchen is well equipped, the garden is beautiful, the Park and Rides are close by car (we drove) but can be reached by bus as well if you are getting into the city. Our kids wanted to stay longer but we had to continue our trip.
