The property looks exactly like the pictures. It is not quite walking distance to places like River St, but ride shares are plentiful! The house itself was beautiful. Was very clean, lots of space to spread out, kitchen had everything we needed, and had plenty of pillows/towels/blankets.

We had a great time at this beautiful charming home. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Even though it is an older home (a good thing!), it had modern comforts. Definitely book this home with confidence and your whole party will be impressed with you that you found it!

Beautiful old home!! Would definitely stay here again! If a light sleeper bring a sound machine as there is some traffic on street during the night.

This house was fantastic, as was the property manager, Patrick! We are a group of 9 adults that travel together routinely to different cities and this house gave us the perfect setup. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was well decorated and just overall a great property. We found that it was centrally located and easy to get just about anywhere in under 10 minutes. You can't go wrong when deciding to book this house!

The house was clean and spacious. It is not particularly centrally-located, but we do like to walk a lot so it didn't matter. Overall, it worked out very well for five grown women.

We were a group of four couples that occasionally travel together. This house fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, comfortable and located close to many of the touristy things we wanted to do! Fun times! We would definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I rented this property for our wedding party to stay in for our wedding in May 2021. It was a huge space perfect for our artsy SCAD Grad crowd who loved the eclectic taste and room to spread out. It was plenty large for everyone to get ready in and share some meals. We were especially partial to sitting on the porch in the mornings and looking out across the park. It is a short walk from Kroger and a couple restaurants and being able to park 1 or 2 cars was a godsend. We also had a guest forget a laptop in the house after checkout and the owner and cleaning crew helped us get in after checkout and comb the whole house to find it even after we had given in. Overall an amazing stay and we will be excited to be back soon!
