We had a great time staying at the Landmark for a weekend with family. The unit was as-advertised and the host was very responsive to our questions and requests, as well as accommodating! We will definitely come back and stay!

The condo was very nice, well appointed, clean, easy check in/check out process, great communication from owner, fabulous location. We have been going to Stratton for many years and this was the first time we stayed at Landmark. Most convenient place we have stayed at to date. The village can get noisy with music and people gathering outside in the evening, but this unit faces away from the village and we didn’t hear any of it.

Our stay was seamless. The view is amazing. The proximity to all Stratton activities is close as you can possibly get. The sleeping accommodations are super cozy. If I had known how well appointed the kitchen was, I would have brought groceries to cook our meals.

This location couldn’t have been more ideal for a family, wanting to be near it all. The unit was clean, perfect size for our family, and walking distance to absolutely everything. The process of checking in and out was easy. We look forward to renting this property again in the future!

Some of the features we liked about the resort condo building was the pool table, foosball and TV room on the 1st floor for the kids to hang out.
Loved the Village shops, restaurants (pricey, but convenient), but especially the live music concerts. we would stay here again and recommend to others. Very quiet mid-week.

This condo was perfect for our group -- my husband and me, our three young children (ages 7, 4, and 3 months), and our nanny. The ski school, ski lifts, main lodge, ski shop, and town (restaurants, coffee shop, market, etc) are truly just steps away from the building. We were central to everything which made the trip as easy as it could have possibly been with our crew. Parking is convenient and easy too. Wonderful, kind, responsive host who is easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Overall we had a wonderful trip! Upon arrival the main floor gave a good first impression. However upstairs feels a bit worn and tired. The walls (especially upstairs) are marked up and carpets are stained. Closets had extra towels and linens practically thrown in and jumbled all together. Made me question the upkeep on the housekeeping side of things. We didn’t have any extra toilet paper so had to go out and purchase last minute. There were only half rolls at check in and nothing else. There wasn’t any hand soap in the kitchen either. I had to go find an extra bottle upstairs bathroom, not a big deal but these details were overlooked.
Despite those small things we had a great time skiing. We love Stratton’s terrain and the quaint village. Just wish housekeeping took more pride in their work. Also, a quick touch up paint job would go a longgg way.

Wonderful location center of town just above our favorite restaurant, Verde. Faces the parking lot, but if you open the front door you can see right to the slopes.
While we didnt need all the space, our daughter loved running around. There also was a baby crib so we didn't have to bring one.
Landlord was responsive.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this beautiful property. The location to the mountain and town are ideal. The home was beautiful, well stocked-large enough for our family of 5 and my mother. Everything was perfect.

This was a great spot with plenty of room for our two families. The condo was clean and the building was perfectly located steps from the lift in the heart of the village. Doug was great to work with and always immediately responsive. Great experience highly recommend.

Owner was communicative and easy to work with throughout the process. The unit is at the base of Stratton mountain, could not ask for a more convenient experience. Was able to pull right up and park in the lot in front of the Landmark (modern/clean building), never needed our car throughout rest of trip. Everything you need is right there...restaurants, ski rentals, market, shops, and the lifts are right outside.
The unit has plenty of room...three bedrooms with one being a set of bunk beds where plenty of children can sleep. It was nicer than expected and clean.
This was a father/son weekend for us we will never forget. As a bonus, Stratton was pelted with 9 inches of snow during our stay. Thank you Doug.

We had a great stay in the Landmark for the OCRWC Weekend. The condo was the perfect location for us to be insanely close to the action without having to listen to it the whole time. The place was clean and just the perfect setup for two couples and two kids to enjoy the weekend. Exactly as advertised and a super helpful and proactive host.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and easy access to skiing. Loves the fact that you can walk to all the restaurants and shops. Owner was very nice and easy to communicate with, will definitely return.

We enjoyed our trip, spring skiing in 60 degrees was amazing. Didn't even need a ski jacket! Super close to the lifts. condo was clean and instructions were clear and organized on how to access, etc. Would recommend to others.

Very nice property, we truly really enjoyed our time. Once we parked we never had to get back in our cars. Kitchen was well equipped, clean and organized. Beds were very comfortable (and plenty of them). Owner was easy to communicate with and accessible. We skied each day and this was the perfect place to come back to relax, prepare, share a meal and spend time together. Thank you.

Other than a slight struggle with the key which was very easily resolved and entirely user error, everything was perfect. Easy access to slopes and lots of space for kids to still log in for virtual school! Having some pantry staples (like coffee) was a nice bonus.

If you are looking for a place to nestle in for a few days or longer, look no further than this lovely condo tucked right at the base lodge in Stratton Mountain Resort. We stayed there a few days for my daughter's birthday wish. This was our first time at Stratton Resort so the combination of the fully loaded condo in the heart of the village, complete with shops, restaurants and pubs at the base of the mountain as well as the condo and Landmark amenities worked very well for the group we had. Although we had only 7 of us staying in the 3 bedrooms we could easily fit a few more. The condo was clean and comfortable for all. Unfortunately, some village places were closed either early or until further notice as well as the restaurant located in the building. We made the best of it thankfully to the adequate size of the condo and its amenities. The locker at 1st level is an amazing perk that provides a great way to unload and store all ski gear so we did not have to lug it into the condo. It’s as close to a ski in, ski out condo you can ask for. We were grateful to have found it and look forward to our next trip back to the mountain and condo. Thanks so much for the incredible communication and providing a comfortable place for us to stay!!!
