The sofa was very nice and the apartment was clean and tidy. A nice size for the two of us.
The bed was fairly uncomfortable we could feel every spring

Morning everyone our. 2 night.s 🌙 stay was.really comfortable & relaxing 😌 ..hooray...we really ♥️ how quiet.relaxing it was ''not.only this it's 5-10 mins away.ftom.town.centre which was gd..4 me with my mobility & yes I'd definitely recommend this to others ...''not only.this the staff are amazing & made us feel welcome...I found it also beneficial for my car to be parked outside ..must say nice & clean 👌 & I'm sure we will be going again very.soon ''' Big massive Thankyou Christina Wayne 👍

Great value and good location close to the bus station.
Very clean, comfortable and very spacious ( room 4 )
Clear instructions and simple access to key.
Great pub round the corner and shop nearby.

The location was just a short 5-10min walk from the University of Sunderland. I was taken aback by just how big the space was and it was all well in good working order.
Something for people visiting to bear in mind. The property doesn't have WiFi and this wouldn't have been an issue except that, and I think it was the building, my phone was unable to get a clear and constant signal so using the internet there was difficult. A minor inconvenience though but it's one thing I'd have happily paid extra to have there.

the property was a nice size, and felt very homely which is always nice.
i liked everything about the property, could possibly be better if it had wifi as service isn’t good enough for fast data.

Everything was fine great location very close to town round corner would definitely stay again great price aswell the host was great

Area in a permit parking zone. I was lucky I had to be away for ,8:30 as parking was banned after 9:00.

Everything was great location is fab just around the corner from the bus and train station and local town with shops restaurant don’t no how people say location is bad when it’s great for what I paid I was happy if I wanted 5* I would book 5* it was great for what I needed the host was great

Nice apartment. Well set out and plenty of room for us to do what we wanted. Good location. Exceptional value for money.
Couldn't get the fire in the living room on, but that didn't detract from the overall positive impression that we had of the apartment.

The environment is serene, and all basics were made available during our stay. The host was really nice, friendly and warm. You're amazing.
The heating wasn't circulating properly.

Was little bit cold and I have to wake up every two hours to set up the heater as it switch off every two hours other than that everything was brilliant.
