Situé dans le joli village d'Eastbridge et après, le populaire pub local Adnams The Eels Foot est à distance de marche avec RSPB Minsmere et la plage. Buttons est également idéal pour explorer les villes voisines d'Aldeburgh et de Southwold ainsi que les charmants villages côtiers du Suffolk de Snape, Walberswick & Dunwich.
Le chalet offre un mélange fantastique de confort moderne tout en conservant ses caractéristiques d'époque d'origine. Plan ouvert au rez-de-chaussée avec cuisine familiale moderne, salle de télévision (idéal pour les enfants!) Salon et salle à manger séparés, buanderie et toilettes en bas. A l'étage 3 chambres, une Kingsize avec salle de bains, une chambre double et une chambre avec lits superposés et lit gigogne. Dormir 7 personnes au total. Salle de bain familiale.
Nous acceptons volontiers un chien de petite / moyenne taille. Cependant, ceci étant entendu que les chiens ne sont autorisés sur aucun des meubles en bas et non autorisés à l'étage du chalet. Le jardin n'est pas totalement clos, les chiens ne peuvent donc pas être laissés en laisse. Veuillez ne pas laisser un chien sans surveillance dans le chalet.

A great property (with all the comforts that you need), beautifully renovated, in the village of Eastbridge close to the coast and RSPB Minsmere.
Lots of excellent walks from the door to fabulous pubs (The Eels Foot Inn, The Ship at Dunwich, The Bell at Warbleswick, The Dolphin at Thorpeness).
Southwold definitely worth a visit.
Overall a lovely break.

A lovely cottage, with lovely interiors and a super location. A bit more attention to detail would have helped - no cleaning products at all, the WI-FI code in the book is wrong but we sorted this, the shower head in the bathroom is blocked and there were 2 lightbulbs missing from the bedside lamps. The back garden doesn’t look like the photo - it’s unkempt - lawn looks like a bit of rough ground with weeds everywhere, would have been nice to sit outside in the nice weather we had but it wasn’t very pleasant. However this said we did have a lovely holiday.

Loved Buttons. Place is definitely big enough for six with the separate lounges helping ensure everyone has space to do what they want. Well equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms. Would recommend.

This was our second visit, this time with friends. The property is ideally set up for 2 couples, with space for an extra 3 children in the 3rd bedroom (bunks). There is plenty of space downstairs, with a decent kitchen, and 2 reception rooms (one with dining room), and a very useful boot room. The village is very peaceful (no lights so a torch is useful), with a decent pub selling Adnams ales. Minsmere RSPB is situated adjoining the village, with excellent walks there, Dunwich Heath, and also to Sizewell.

The barn conversion has been sympathetically achieved, giving visitors plenty of space to relax, with two sitting rooms and a spacious kitchen. A surprisingly roomy and very comfortable and pleasant holiday rental in Eastbridge. Generally, very well equipped and an easy house to stay in; we were 6 adults and it was great. We would certainly put it on our list of "stay again properties"

We were all blown away when we entered the property ‘Buttons’ it’s the perfect size and decorated beautifully. We had never visited Suffolk before and we were very impressed with the area and we will definitely return.

A beautiful cottage in an idyllic area set in woodlands and RSPB Minsmere.
Very comfortable and well equipped. We slept well in a large king size bed. Lovely fitted kitchen and spacious living areas for a family of four adults.

Superb accommodation in wonderful walking area
While there were just the 2 of us in this 3 bedroom property, we treated ourselves due to Covid lockdown and weren't disappointed. The 3 bedrooms comprise 2 doubles and one with bunks, one having en suite with a family bathroom and downstairs washroom. Rooms were spacious, with 2 reception rooms either end of downstairs and a well equipped and large kitchen. The village is more of a hamlet, but with a very good country pub just over 5 minutes walk. Minsmere RSPB is adjacent,. and more walks from the doorstep (totalled between 6-8 miles) were to be had to Dunwich Heath, around Sizewell, and the interlinking shingle beach.

Spacious, perfect blend of character with modern comforts in a lovely rural setting. Clean and relaxing. All main conveniences have been considered. Couldn’t locate the hairdryer though! Thanks - a much needed relaxing break

Buttons is a lovely spacious cottage in a peaceful part of Suffolk within easy distance of many areas of natural beauty, including several beaches, and towns not far away.
Shelley and Talfryn were easily contactable via email and explained the check-in process and gave some local recommendations.
The cottage was tastefully decorated with spacious and very well equipped kitchen, 2 living areas and 3 upstairs bedrooms with 2 upstairs bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. Travelling with a 2 year old, the washer-dryer was a real bonus for us. The cottage also has a large garden which is a great space for kids to run around.

Lovely house in an incredibly peaceful location
We were very comfortable in the house and absolutely loved the location. This is a place for those looking for a peaceful break. There is a fabulous walk to the beach at Minsmere (about half an hour).
As I read in other reviews, the two separate living areas were great for giving the children and adults a breather.

Really enjoyed our stay in buttons cottage ..lots of space .One or two comments which might be useful..some more info on how to work the dishwasher and oven,no shaver socket.Could suggest some hanging beads on the ensuite!

Eastbridge is a nice little village, good location for walking to Minsmere and Dunwich etc. Not much going on but a good pub and a quiet environment.

Lovely property
Loved it once we had got in as the wrong code for the keysafe was on the app and had to phone the owner in France to get the right one. A lovely property perfectly located for us with enough space for children and grandchildren to visit. Loved it and a perfect Christmas break. Thanks

Fabulous!
Buttons is a beautiful cottage in the tiny village of Eastbridge. It was spotlessly clean with great facilities including a garden with seating. The local pub, which serves food, is within 5 mins walking distance, although a torch is needed if it’s dark.
The RSPB reserve is in the village and we enjoyed walks which took us to the coast. There are lots of places to explore including Walberswick, where we got the ferry over to Southwold. Aldeburgh and Thorpness are only a short drive away too. The Westleton Crown is a great place to eat. All in all a great place to stay!
