Appartement de deux chambres situé dans le quartier résidentiel de luxe de "Bellresguard" à Puerto Pollensa. Cet appartement au premier étage a accès à une grande piscine avec de beaux jardins communaux dans un développement fermée.
Pour 4 personnes. La chambre principale a un lit double avec salle de bains, la 2ème chambre a deux lits simples (qui peut être transformé en un lit double) et une salle de douche et WC. Un lit Voyage peut être fourni si nécessaire.
Le salon et salle à manger offre une vue sur les montagnes et sur l'autre côté de la piscine communale. Il y a aussi une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et une buanderie avec machine à laver.
La promenade et restaurants de pins sont à une courte distance de marche et il y a un supermarché 100m / café / boulangerie bien approvisionné de l'appartement.
Deux minutes à pied de la plage.
L'appartement est climatisé et entièrement meublé prêt pour votre séjour!

Excellent comfortable apartment in a superb location
Thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in this apartment. Well equipped with modern facilities we had everything we needed (wifi would be the only addition) and breakfast on the balcony in the mornings was a great way to start the day. Very convenient location meant we could easily walk to the beach and into Porto Pollensa for restaurants and nightlife. Communal pool was an easy alternative to the beach and the handy local store and cafe solved all shopping and eating needs. Local community had a fun and relaxed vibe. Thoroughly recommend - we would love to come back!

Lovely apartment in a great location!
Lovely apartment in a great location, we had a fantastic holiday and are already talking about going back next year. Catherine has thought of lots of things to make life easier - beach towels, a hairdryer that's actually powerful enough to dry hair, dishwasher and washing machine capsules and a well equipped kitchen. The balcony is a good size and overlooks the mountains, which meant that it was more peaceful than those facing the pool during the daytime, and at night time we had lovely views of the sun setting. The pool was perfect for my 4 and 6 year old children, it did get very busy at times, but this is to be expected at the height of the school holidays. The apartment is a two minute walk to the beach, and a lovely stroll along the pine walk takes you to the restaurants and church square. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i den skønne feriebolig, med kort afstand til stranden og restauranter.
Det skønne poolområde var meget velholdt og hyggeligt .

Wonderful holiday at El Pinaret
Excellent and well presented apartment with good facilities, a comfortable stay. Good location for the town and super views from the balcony. A previous reviewer remarked on the number of sunbeds round the communal pool, and that could be an issue at the height of the season, but late afternoon sunbathing was good for us. Local cafe/restaurant (2mins) was good and it's only a 5-10 minute walk into the town centre along the sea front..
Lack of wi/fi is a bit surprising these days - but Sky box allowed us UK programmes and radio which was a plus.
Will definitely consider a return to this apartment.
