Considering the state of the building and the corridor, which was creepy, the flat was nice, kind of shabby-chic, it reminded me of university times. Quite clean, good bed, good shower and very quiet. Value for money.
Arriving in the dark, it was really creepy. I used the light of my mobile to find the place. If I had not seen the street view on Google Maps I would never have expected a "hotel" to be there. Actually it was rather Airbnb than booking. com. But instructions as to getting inside, which were sent to me, were very good.

Le calme de l'endroit et la vue sur le jardin, l'impression d'être à la maison, le petit-déjeuner avec les croissants, l'accueil des hôtes, la proximité de la gare et d'un supermarché

Clean and enough space.
We get just jam and butter to eat for breakfast and bread was delivered next day. So, technically, we didn't have proper breakfast first morning of our stay and then just bread with jam and butter.

Owner messaged saying they’d forgotten the breakfast bread so had to try and find a supermarket late Saturday evening.

The apartment is located in the city centre, near the South station and other services. It is spacious, silent and bright.
It offers facilities like towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, heating, bed sheets, kitchen utensils and pottery.
The place was clean, overall, particularly bedsheets, towels and bathroom.
The host communicated excellently and cares for their guests. On the day of arrival, I received a code to unlock the building's door and then a code to open the box for the apartment's key.
Breakfast was included in the price and it included fresh products that were already in the fridge upon arrival and some others that were brought nice and warm in the morning, which was a nice surprise.
Hospitality and breakfast exceeded my expectations! I would come back.
The kitchen utensils could have been cleaner and some of the food was outdated.

The house was easy to find and the autonomal entry is really convenient. The breakfast was really good (a baguette, jam, butter, milk, juice, madeleines, coffee and tea). Everything was clean and the house had a bit of everything (and many, many french books!). It is not far from the old city (around 20 min by walk) and it's close to the train + bus station (10 min by walking). I totally recommend!
There was just a toilet paper roll, not enough for 4 persons in my opinion.

Good location, friendly owner. There is even a breakfast, but it is rather a kindly gesture from the owner as a real breakfast - I think it is a good idea.
It could have been cleaner - I would say, that it was OK, but it was far away from sparkling cleanliess.

The supply of croissants, juice, and youghut was excellent. The apartment was very well styled, and was easy to heat and keep warm as we were there in February.
