This is the second year we have stayed here. The deer cross the back lawn every night ! Golf courses all around here. Close to the dam and lots to do !!

Condo was very comfortable and roomy, having the pool right there was awesome, like having it in your back yard.

Really nice condo with a great location near the lake and swimming pool. The property manager did a good job communicating with me before and upon arrival. If you are looking for a nice, clean lake condo this was a good one.

The condo was very nice. It was spacious and all of my people were satisfied. We did have a miscommunication (I’d assume through the app) of when check-in time was. I ended up seeing 3 different times. But outside of that, everything was great. We had access to everything we needed, plus some more. I’d stay again!

We were all very pleased with this condo! The pictures do not do it justice. The decor is super cute and the beds were comfy. There also is a decent view of the lake out back! The location is also a huge perk! The communication with Shelly the owner was great. We would stay here again!

The unit has everything one could want. Very nicely decorated and well kept unit. We played cornhole, grandson age 5 loved the sidewalk chalk, whiteboard, markers and computer paper; but mostly the pool right beside us. Another favorite were all the deer. Very relaxing vacation and met some really friendly people from the area.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo had several beds perfect for a large group. Located near the night life and the host was awesome to work with!

This space was great for a weekend getaway for our bachelorette party. The bedrooms are a great size and easily accommodated 8 girls ! The pool is steps away from the room and the view from the screened in porch is beautiful. The property was quiet and it was easily accessible to attractions in the ozarks. The owners were so great in communicating and accommodated us when we arrived at the wrong time and told us about what to expect in the area and in the complex. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Tim is a great host and was very easy to get ahold of. He made our stay great! Lots of mirrors to get ready and lovely condo!!

Having a code to the door instead of a key was so convenient. Tim was able to book a party bus for a pretty last minute and was always a text or call away. He was awesome and I will definitely recommend his condo to family & friends.

Overall it was a great experience! The home was nice, the pool was so close, and Tim was easy to talk to and help if needed. I wish it would have been cleaned a little better before arrival, but nothing we couldn’t take care of before unpacking. Loved staying here for a Bach party.

This condo was set up perfectly for a bachelorette party; from the furniture & decor to the bedroom set-up. There is plenty of decor & props for photo-ops for you in the condo. The views outside of the lake are gorgeous. Wildlife are plentiful. We enjoyed them from the back enclosed patio while having our morning coffee. He even added touches like body length mirrors to help get your group ready for whatever the day brings you. We arrived on Thursday and left on a Sunday. From the minute we arrived; we had a blast. The condo pool being steps away was amazing. We met so many friendly people on our first night at the condo pool that welcomed and celebrated the Bride with us; it was a blast. Friendly, welcoming residents are always a plus while you’re renting a place. The swim up bar is literally within walking distance. We spent so much time there due to it being conveniently located. Also, the condo is located only a few miles away from Nightlife; if you so desire. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils for meals, if you choose to go that route instead of eating out. The bedrooms have plenty of room for your luggage and multiple people per room. Don’t forget your beach towels as you’ll likely end up in a pool or two. We’d definitely stay again and we’re looking forward to our next trip! Thanks for accepting bachelorette groups and for being a great host Tim!

Amazing rental! Lots of options for sleeping arrangements. Location is perfect! Not far from the strip by the dam and popular pool bars and restaurants. Great communication with the property owner for any problems or questions. Would book this again.

Stayed over a holiday weekend- great property for a family. Perfect view of the lake, next to the pool, saw lots of deer which my son enjoyed and conveniently located.

We had a wonderful experience at the condo. Access to pool right next door, comfort inside the condo, beautiful screened in patio with lake view and the hotel grounds has plenty to do if you enjoy multiple pools, live music, etc.
