'A Shore Thing' est dans Captiva Village donc à distance de marche de tous les restaurants, magasins, McCarthy's Marina, la bibliothèque Captiva et Starbucks. Il est également proche de la célèbre et pittoresque chapelle de la mer, la seule chapelle de Captiva qui ne soit pas confessionnelle.
Nous proposons trois télévisions à écran plat, des lecteurs DVD et un service Internet sans fil. La maison dispose d'une piscine privée chauffée nichée au milieu de plantations tropicales et d'herbe luxuriante. Vous pouvez également louer une voiturette de golf, ce qui est toujours amusant! Venez à Captiva Island et tombez amoureux des plages, du temps et des gens. C'est un endroit merveilleux pour vous et votre famille pour faire des souvenirs.

Excellent experience- from initial booking, great local info, responsiveness of owner, the house itself was great and the location is an easy walk to beach and town, and of course the beach itself was stunning! Will be back!

My family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay at A Shore Thing. The location cannot be beat as it is a short walk to the beach and everything that the town has to offer. The home is clean and inviting, exactly as pictured in the listing. Homeowner was very accessible via email and was pleasant and easy to work with.
The management company was also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommended for a week of relaxation and fun in the sun!

We had a wonderful time in Captiva. The house was great. We really enjoyed the pool and the beautiful landscape. The iguana’s were fun to watch and the little brown bunnies were so cute! We loved paddle boarding and the beach access was perfect. The dolphin shows were amazing,

Enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Garden pool area was lovely and a sun trap all day. So close to the beach and lots of pool beach stuff at the property. Overall great stay would come again.

This location was perfect because you can walk to everything!! Loved having the pool since a few of the days were a bit more chilly and windy but because the yard is surrounded by trees it kept it warm and the wind down. The owners are awesome and soooo helpful! I would go back here in a heartbeat!

My family and I spent Labor Day weekend at this beautiful cottage. It is incredibly close to the beach. The house is well maintained with a great pool and a beautiful yard. We hope to come back.

Our week at A Shore Thing was one of the best to date. The house was so cute and fit our framily of 8 well. Each bedroom having it’s own bathroom was a HUGE win in our book. It was a very short walk to the beach. We were able to enjoy the private pool daily. The lounge chairs out by the pool had huge cushions and were so comfy. The children loved playing games in the private backyard. The house was well stocked with all needed to cook a big framily breakfast too. Laura, the homeowner, was always available for all our needs too.

We had such a wonderful time! House had plenty of room, quick walk to the beach and was walking distance to fun restaurants. Laura was so easy to work with and answered all questions we had. Would absolutely stay there again!

Quiet property convenient to everything. House could use some updating. Beds were not comfortable and bed linens were poor quality.

Loved this house! nice sized bedrooms and a kitchen. very close to the beach with a pool and plenty of parking. my only issue was the family room is very small. tough to all get together to watch tv (tends to happen with Florida thunderstorms). with that said, i would definitely rent again!

I gave cleanliness only 4 stars because the pool deck had debris on it and the sand wasn't cleaned up by the hose which was no big deal. Otherwise everything was immaculate!
