La maison est nichée dans la charmante communauté d'Erie, à seulement 25 minutes du centre-ville de Boulder et du centre-ville de Denver, et à quelques minutes en voiture des montagnes. La maison est située sur une impasse, le patio arrière donnant sur un espace ouvert et des sentiers de marche et de vélo. Boulder est un paradis pour les amateurs de plein air avec de superbes randonnées, escalade et pêche à la mouche, et l'espace ouvert directement derrière la maison comprend de nombreux sentiers de VTT à une seule piste ainsi qu'un petit ruisseau qui longe le sentier.

Dans la maison, vous trouverez de beaux planchers de bois, un foyer double face et des plafonds de 10 pieds. Vous profiterez également d'une cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une cuisinière à gaz. 3 chambres dont 1 lit king, 1 lit double et 1 lit simple, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit au sous-sol. La maison est entièrement meublée et comprend le câble, Internet, une cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle et tous les services publics. Une lumière naturelle abondante se déverse dans toute la maison, et au rez-de-chaussée il y a une fantastique salle de jeux pour les enfants ainsi qu'un sous-sol fini avec un grand espace de divertissement.

À l'arrière, vous trouverez une vue magnifique sur l'espace ouvert, pouvant accueillir 12 personnes et un foyer au gaz pour vous aider à vous détendre après une longue journée dans les montagnes.

This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family gathering at Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed and will definitely consider staying here again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids had multiple indoor and outdoor areas to hang out together or spread out for privacy and quiet time. The finished basement with a great playroom was a major hit with the grandkids (9,9,10). We couldn’t have asked for a better location as we were within 30-45 minutes of other family members North, South, East and West of Denver. We were able to show the kids city experiences(Meow Wolf, Denver Zoo, City Park, Stanley Marketplace), ATVing in Estes Park, hiking around Red Rocks and Maxwell Falls, hot springs in Idaho Springs, Olde Town Arvada, and then go back home to recharge and check out the parks, walking trails and Erie Recreation Center aquatic area with a lazy River and water slide. Unfortunately the HOA pool was closed for repairs during our visit, but we did see it being filled as we were leaving. The kitchen well equipped kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparations - it’s the best one I have experienced over the years. Communications with Matt for reserving, prepping to arrive, and during our stay were great. Check-in and out were easy. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a getaway with family or adult friends - our whole group gives it a big thumbs up!

This home has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Very well stocked kitchen and supplies. Rooms are very comfortable with lots of kids toys and books for all ages. The play area in the basement had so much for the grandkids to do when they dropped by. They slept very well when they got home. Nice quiet neighborhood.

My family stayed in this property for a week, but in only took a minute for it to feel like home. It's very clean and impeccably decorated. There's plenty of space to spread out and a fun play room with a rock wall and little custom castle setup that our kids couldn't get enough of. The paths and parks right out the door made for fun on roller skates and playing catch--and then snowball fights when we went from 60+ degrees to 7" of snow in two days. If there were any nits to pick it would be that the fire pit in back had an empty propane tank so we couldn't use it, and the bouncy house in the playroom had a screw loose inside of the housing that made a terrible rattle and was likely at risk of being stuck in the motor so we couldn't use it (our kids were probably too big for it anyway). So if either of those items is something that'd be a dealbreaker I'd be sure to ask about it before you arrive. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you!

We really had a great time. Property is very beautiful plenty of rooms for the 7 of us to stay. Was very close to Boulder as well as to Denver. Neighborhood was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend. Matt and Anne responded to my texts extremely quickly. Asked before we got there if needed anything special or specific. We really loved it! Thank you!

This is a very nice house (relatively new), well stocked with all the necessities. It is very convenient to Boulder, and I-25. The neighborhood is beautiful with all the necessities nearby.

After another homeowner reneged on our contract days before our trip to Colorado, Matt came to our rescue and accepted our request, and we feel SO fortunate! The home is beautiful, with a lovely patio where we enjoyed the glorious Colorado weather while drinking coffee in the morning, wine in the evening. There's a fabulous playroom in the basement for younger kids, a fine video game setup for older kids and adults. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location in a family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to Boulder suited us well. The host is responsive and friendly and had lots of helpful information about the area available. It was all more than we could have hoped for at the last minute, and we would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to others.
