We had to cut our family trip short after falling ill in this freezing and extremely noisy apartment

After an unfortunate misunderstanding where we were nearly thrown on to the streets at midnight with our 2 small children we realised the apartment was not at all up to our standards. Our host was responsive but initially very aggressive and barely polite, while I genuinely tried to make her understand we were a tired, small family and not there for "taking drugs or prostitution". We tried to make the best of it, but simply couldnt after finding small cockroaches in the kitchen, couldnt sleep due to very loud noises all night and day (barking dog and a screeching metal boiler topped with construction all day) We could never manage to raise the temperature in the flat so we were really, quite cold during an exceptional cold period, a heater found in the apartment was broken, then replaced with something that simply didnt work well.

No breakfast. Location ok to center and shops nearby

The apartment was very dirty. Had broken stuff. Heating poor, insufficient. Not pleasant neighborhood.

Check in has to improve. It took us a while to find it. You can’t see the property number from the street

Neighbors too laud . Every morning at 7,8 they started fighting, yelling .
