Quite clean, pretty well equipped, additional covers in case the weather is colder, slippers, towels, right in center of the old town, No lengthy check in/check out, you get codes and can arrive whenever when the appartment is available. Ventilation that can also heat up.

The door to balcony were a bit broken so we werent able to close them completelly. Not that big of a deal. The only thing we lacked were some toiletries, like shampoo. But that is mostly just nice to have thing.

Location was excellent, appartment was very comfortable and owner was very helpful. Zadar Old Town had so much to offer, close to Sea Organ, restaurants and pubs and ocean. Will definitely return. Highly recommended this appartment x

Large rooms with multiple beds. Washer and drier available.

There are two closets in the 2nd bedroom, each with its door carved/printed with a human image in black, roughly in real human size. I was somehow scared by those images, and didn't want to sleep in that bedroom. It worked out OK though, because my husband was OK and he slept in that room by himself :)

Great location in the center of the old town

The rooms, the cleanliness, the apartment itself was huge. This was really necessary when travelling with friends. All facilities was nice. The room had balconies. There was TV with proper cable.

The building was behind another building, so even there was balcony, the view was not good. The ad says beachfront. Its actually near to beach. Like around 50mtrs to beach, but the view was blocked by other buildings

Our group was super satisfied with the facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will book here again when we return.

The apartment was cozy, modern, spacious, with everything you need. The beach and restaurants are right across the street.

Apartament was very confortable, clean and big. Very good localisation, neer to main Center, restauranst and sea. I recomended if you want to try Croarian night life.

The apartment was fantastic and the host is super nice. The location is awesome, right in the center. You have 5 minutes walking distance no matter where you would like to go. I’d recommend it to everyone!

Very nice location. City wall, promenade, shops, restaurants, sea organ... all is there. Beach is a little further down to South.

Parking is almost impossible. The 2 free places in front of the house are only meant for the local residents ( rude lady in the house shouted at us, plus she put annoying signs onto our car). All rest is "pay zone" but still with almost zero chance to find. I ended up parking 1 km far (nice city tour walking back to the apartment). The apartment is perfect for someone who wants to stay in the middle of the old town area.
