Situé à Lake Lanier, ce charmant maison pour 212 € par nuit est un génial choix pour votre prochain voyage Une propriété confortable et spéciale qui se trouve tout près du lac Lanier sur le calme Taylor Creek. Profitez des vues imprenables sur le lac depuis chaque pièce de cette maison, y compris le porche et la terrasse. La maison est parfaitement située pour capturer les couchers de soleil spectaculaires qui se reflètent sur l'eau. Les options de couchage comprennent un Master avec King, une 2ème chambre avec une reine et une grande chambre avec lits superposés avec 2 lits doubles et 2 lits jumeaux qui convient à un couple mais convient parfaitement aux enfants. Pour les activités, vous pouvez nager, faire du bateau, pêcher, lire sur le quai, faire du kayak dans nos 3 kayaks (1 double et 2 simples), griller / fumer sur un BGE ou simplement profiter de la vue du lac qui change constamment depuis le quai, le porche, pont ou une pièce de la maison. Apportez votre bateau et amarrez à notre quai. Cette maison a été complètement éventrée et rénovée en 2010 par les propriétaires actuels. Il comprend une cuisine à aire ouverte, une salle familiale et un comptoir. Il comprend un foyer au bois pour les soirées d'hiver douillettes et un foyer au bord du lac pour s'mores. Il comprend un grand quai couvert de 32 sur 32 avec un grand coin salon et des chaises. Le niveau supérieur du quai est parfait pour les feux d'artifice. Très isolé et calme, à quelques minutes en voiture du bout d'une rue. Près de 2 épiceries et centre commercial à Dawsonville. Seulement environ 30 minutes d'Alpharetta. Télévision par satellite. Stéréo dans la maison et sur le quai. Grill / fumeur pour votre usage. Un lieu vraiment spécial qui est nouveau sur le marché locatif à partir de novembre 2018.

The property was just beautiful the kids absolutely love fishing. It was a little hard for me to go up and down the stairs because I’m older and my husband is 83 and he couldn’t do the stairs down to the pier at all. I was just a little afraid to let him do that, but otherwise beautiful view, plenty of room never stayed at a property that was so stocked. It had everything that you need. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.

We spent 6 days in early October at this lake house. Everything was clean and working well throughout our stay. We enjoyed the large screened in porch, green egg grill, spacious kitchen, and large dock with kayaks. I was able to dock my boat and wake up every morning to catch fish. The walk to dock was short and the views of the cove were nice. We have stayed at Lanier with other properties but this one we will visit again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your piece of paradise.

Our family and extended family loved our time at this cottage on a quiet cove on Lake Lanier. Some of our favorite things were kayaking, fishing, and making s'mores by the fire pit. Fantastic dock with gorgeous sunset views, great neighborhood for a walk, and the perfect screened porch and deck overlooking the lake. Well-equipped kitchen with huge island and tons of room in the basement. Colt was a great host, very hospitable, and answering questions on the fly. We would absolutely recommend this home for a family stay!

The cleaning fee for this property is way too high for a house this size. The Green Egg looked horrible, it had moss growing on grate and inside the lid. The fireplace had not been cleaned out at all. Dishes in dishwasher had not been unloaded. The furniture in main room is worn out and chair in master bedtoom was torn and nasty.
On the good side though, the views from lakeside rooms is awesome, the porch furniture is very nice and comfortable. The dock is also very nice.
The so called firepit is sad and has no chairs or anything around it to sit by and roast marshmallows.
Love the kitchen!
If cleaning fee was less and other things corrected would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! We had a very peaceful and wonderful time at this house in a quiet part of Lake Lanier. The house was very well stocked. If you forget or need anything, it's at the house! Beautiful views from the upper and lower dock. Also loved the huge screened in porch. Would love to rent this house again in the future.

The property is located on a small cove of a large, active lake. The cove and floating dock provide a quiet space with easy access to the larger lake if you want more boating activity. The house is well appointed with a great kitchen and screened-in poach. The owner is super responsive and even went out of his way to arranged to bring us more kayak paddles for our kids to use.

Awesome house with spectacular view! Easy walk to a fabulous 2 story dock. The house could easily accommodate a big family. All the amenities you could ask for. Had a great time, will definitely be back!
