Not so much.. the fact that we had a place to stay only good to save some money
The area is highly inappropriate for a woman traveling alone as I usually do. In July I traveled with my husband and we didn't turn on the lights the entire week. Luckily we were in leeds with work and didn't spend much time in the apartment. We are Romanians and we've seen many crazy places, but never been so scared. We might've been too impressed, but we highly suggest to check the area first. The houses and the sunset are fantastic, but you don't wanna go there to relax or anything else. We didn't meet the owner, but you can see they take care of the place (not something extraordinary) and they try to offer everything you need, but a new stronger door might bring some significant improvement. Also, the phone number is not working. When we didn't find the address I called and I was re-directed to another number, unavailable. We connected with the owner only when my husband called from a different phone.

Nothing the apartment was in the basement couldn't see out and you had to pay £20 cleaning charges didn't say at all. Till you booked it and then they told you this charge.
The people that run this apartment was not very clear on information what do when you got there. I ring on Thursday saying we was coming on Sunday the lady said he will ring me back never did. So I send a message through booking .com to ask what to do not reply my messages at all. So I ring back on the sat he said to me and he was at the gym could not hear him very well. On Sunday when we arrive there's was no one to meet you when you arrive. Run down area and we didn't feel safe and they need to take a some more photo's of the place from outside and inside so it is clearly of the apartment so people will know what they are going to.

The place was just as seen online, location was easy to find, parking available in front of the place. The host was very accessible and replied quickly to all queries. A very comfortable and cosy stay, myself and my family enjoyed ourselves and would book here again.

this isn’t an apartment it is a terraced house. very spacious, WiFi worked fine all kept very clean can’t fault anything.
the area isn’t the best and I do think it’s over priced for what we paid but we had a good trip overall. I would stay again if it wasn’t as overpriced.

Brilliant tiny apartment with nearly everything you need in it. Bright and warm. Great value for money.
Despite the signs outside saying Residents Parking Only, I was able to park there from Friday late afternoon to Monday morning with no bother.
The host answered their phone immediately when I rang to let them know I had arrived.
The location was perfect for us.
We didn't mind the upstairs late nights so much as we were working at a festival, so got back each night around 3am anyway!
Very little communication from the host. They didn't answer any of my messages on Booking.com before I arrived.
There was nowhere in the room to hang/put any of our clothes, other than a drying rack and our suitcase. I'd have preferred a wardrobe and chest of drawers over the huge TV that was in the room.
The upstairs house had people coming and going at all hours. As there is no sound insulation between their floor and the ceiling of the apartment, this means you can hear people walking back and forth more or less all night.
The main door was a little stiff.
The bedsheets kept coming off the bed.
The Wi-fi log in details didn't work.

the main bathroom was a good size but still very basic
there was a lot of things wrong with this property starting with the location! one of the beds were broken so it was very uncomfortable to sleep! opened the store room and there was broken chairs piled in there! dining table chairs were all broken and very dangerous to sit on! staff were not very helpful over the phone! very funky smell in the property smelt very old! dirty ear buds found on the floor. overall I would not rate this stay and I would not be staying here again!

The appartment itself was perfect and had everything we needed.
The surrounding areas are quite rough, there is CCTV outside the property which does help.

Close to local amenities and easy to get to location, had issue with window not closing this was resolved quickly, nice apartment
