Very comfortable home base for our week of hiking in the Dolomites. The owners are very helpful and extremely accommodating. Quiet area so we were able to get a good night's sleep after our long days of hiking. We would definitely book again!

Check-in process was very easy, apartment was clean, and Bettina, our host was very helpful with suggestions about restaurants, hikes, etc.

The apartment was comfortable with plenty of living space for a family. The west facing terrace is very sunny and has great views of the town and surrounding mountains, although it was too hot for us as we prefer to sit in afternoon shade. It is about a ten minute walk to and from the centre of town via stairs and an escalator. The location is good for hiking with many walks available from the apartment or via a short trip on the free buses. The network of ski lifts in the area is quite large for summer use and easy to use when you purchase a Gardena Card. Hand soap in the bathrooms and some basic pantry supplies in the kitchen would have been appreciated.

6 women had a lovely time here. Communication was great and the apartment was as depicted in the photos on site. Entire apartment was very clean and the host was extremely welcoming. Loved the location and enjoyed the ability to walk into town - although stairs back up were a killer.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Gigantisch ist die Aussicht auf den Ort und die Berge. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung blitzblank und die Betten bereits überzogen. Mitte der Woche fand ein Handtuchwechsel statt. Für den alltäglichen Gebrauch war alles vorhanden. St. Ulrich ist Ausganspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen. Daher eine verdiente TOP-Berwertung mit 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 für unseren Aufenthalt.

Mountainbike-Basislager
Das Objekt ist perfekt um mit 6 Personen ein Mountainbike-Basislager einzurichten. Frau Kostner war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar den Schlüssel für den Keller überlassen, wo wir unsere Räder einsperren konnten. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber! Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten im Supermarkt, mitten in St. Ulrich, am Lift oder beim Bäcker. Es ist wirklich alles schnell erreichbar.

Geräumige Wohnung mit netter Gastgeberin
Super große Wohnung mit Balkon und Terasse, einfache Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin.
Handtücher etc. waren ausreichend vorhanden. Lediglich Seife mussten wir extra kaufen.

Vi havde en fantastisk Skiferie i Ortisei. Lejligheden passer perfekt til 2 familier.

Sehr Gastfreundlich
Nicht nur die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch die Familie Kostner war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es bestens gefallen und sollten wir nochmal mit Kindern und Großeltern nach Südtirol fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollen Ausblick
Die große Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen - alles war sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Unterkunft bietet einen tollen Ausblick in das Grödnertal bzw. auf St. Ulrich - und die Liftanlagen sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Familie Kostner war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tips gegeben.
Wir können einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft bedingungslos empfehlen.

Super Lage, super Haus
wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen in dem Haus und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles sehr großzügig. Frau Kostner war eine großartige Gastgeberin. Sie hat alle kleinen Sonderwünsche von uns sofort erfüllt. Ein großartiger Blick ins Tal undein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen.

Exceptional location and accommodation
This is possibly one of the loveliest places and locations we have ever stayed in. The house is impeccably clean and well appointed. And the views are glorious. We enjoyed glorious autumn weather during our stay and really did not want to leave. Do not hesitate to stay here! Thank you Bettina and Norman. Spectacular Location and Wonderful Hosts!
The apartment was roomy and very well appointed. Bettina and Norman were wonderful hosts. The view from the apartment was amazing! Everyday after hiking we could sit out behind the apartment and see the valley and the mountains unfold before our eyes. We really appreciated that all four of the people in our group were provided with bus passes that allowed us to travel free throughout area. If you miss the last bus up the hill it's a long walk with lots of stairs to the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, praktisch geschnitten und sehr sauber. Die Matratzen sehr gut, was nach langen Wanderungen sehr erholsam war. Die Nähe zum Ort mit Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sowie großem öffentlichen Schwimmbad und drei Bergbahnen in Fußentfernung sind optimal, man darf die 350 Treppenstufen nur nicht scheuen. Zwei Parkplätze vor der Wohnung sind vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine gelungene Wanderwoche mit großem Erholungsfaktor. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Dejlig ren og velbeliggende lejlighed.
Vi var 7 personer på skiferie. Lejligheden ligger tæt ved lift, så vi kunne gå til liften. Desværre var der ikke nogen opbevarings muligheder for ski i lejligheden, så vi måtte leje til opbevaring af ski ved skiliften. Bettinna var klar til at modtage os da vi kom til Ortizei. Lejligheden var generelt godt udstyret og gjort fint ren. Det kunne dog være dejligt med en microovn og en håndmikser i køkkenet. Vi vil helt sikkert anbefale lejligheden og kommer gerne retur hvis vi igen skal til Ortizei.
