Il est à environ ½ mile dans Wellfleet Center via Briar Lane, à environ 5 minutes en voiture de Gull Pond et un peu plus loin des plages de l'océan. This was a lovely comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated home with all the amenities. We particularly enjoyed the covered porch in front, as well as the side deck with a large umbrella; we were always able to find shade outside.

Great location, clean, and property was listed accurately. Perfect distance from beach and town in a great neighborhood. Only thing to improve was communication with the realtor. And thinking about having window ACs in some of the bedrooms. Fans were available, but the weather was very muggy so the rooms didn’t cool down much at night even with the fans going. The realtor instructions were different from the house instructions which was confusing, especially finding the correct internet password and what needed to be done at checkout. Other than that, we throughly enjoyed ourselves!

The house was well stocked with supplies when we arrived, and the property manager was very attentive to a couple of requests that we made. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a getaway in Cape Cod.
