Idéalement situé à 10 minutes de Bracebridge Port Carling et Windemere sur 3 Mile Lake. Le chalet a toutes les commodités de la maison. Il y a deux téléviseurs grand écran. Un dans le sous-sol aménagé avec une salle de jeux prévue pour le divertissement. Il y a un lave-vaisselle micro-ondes barbecue napoléon. Terrasse en cèdre 10X40 et cuisine complète en pin. Nous avons 4 chambres. 3 chambres à l'étage et 1 chambre en bas au sous-sol débrayage. Il y a 3 grands lits doubles et un lit en pin massif dans la chambre principale. Après le dîner, regardez le coucher de soleil sur le lac et profitez d'un feu de soirée avec les enfants près du foyer au bord du lac avec des marais. Vous ne voulez pas cuisiner? Profitez de l'un des nombreux restaurants au bord de l'eau à proximité de Port Carling ou Windemere. Il y a un beau porche de 10 X10 avec moustiquaire dans la salle à manger principale pour profiter de la fin de la nuit.

Thank you so much Bryan and Norma for a wonderful week in your beautiful lake house.
We could not have asked for a better stay. The cottage had all the modern amenities of home.
There were many sitting areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful views both inside and out.
We hope to visit again next year.

Our stay at this beautiful cottage was nothing short of spectacular!! The cottage was was fully equipped and the waterfront property was stunning!! The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful; they were there at the property to welcome us and give us a quick orientation.

This cottage is gorgeous, spacious, clean and very private. We were there with another family and it was more than spacious enough for our needs! It really felt like an escape from Ontario, kind of felt like we were in BC with the way the patio and decking feels/views.
The grounds are beautiful and dock and lake are amazing. Really nice to kayak in the lake as there was not too much motor boat traffic.
Bryan was so responsive and helpful! Would love to go back sometime.

The location of this property between Bracebridge and Port Carling ius excellent. The view is striking and the accomodation very clean and well kept. Very well positioned for the evenming sunset on the dock.
The descent to the lake is steep and a little difficult if you are older otherwise this property is highly recommended

The cottage was very clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Access to the cottage from the parking area and from cottage to lake needs to be improved.

The owners were there when we arrived to explain everything which was great. We loved that there were multiple places to enjoy. The screened in area was our favorite.

Beautiful, very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed time on the large deck with the family and sitting on the dock taking in the sun. The water was lovely for a swim. A great family holiday cottage.
