Two families, 9 people, split the condo. All worked out great and I recommend this as a place to stay. Both the condo itself was good and the resort. Family oriented, everyone there was friendly and overall a perfect vacation!

Check in was a very easy process. They notified us it was ready early around 1:30pm. Location was perfect in front of the gulf view and we could also see the kids below in pool/spa. One of the two Elevators broke once during week but they quickly fixed; not a big deal. Furniture in rooms were not excessive. Gives you plenty of space to sprawl out. Kitchen was stocked with enough cooking gear and extra plastic containers others left behind. Beach was awesome. Master bed was a little hard, but doable for the week. Ice machine wasn’t the best in our freezer. Didn’t keep up with usage had to buy ice. No leftover spices or seasonings so bring your own. Close proximity to Old Bay Steamer restaurant. Traffic is a bit busy coming over the bridge. Local grocery store Publix is a madhouse next to the bridge. I recommend using different one down the street. But kinda what you expect of the area for vacation time.
Overall, we had great time great location, great view great room.

Condo was great! Met a u7777577ull our needs. Found it to be clean. Locationwas great. Was spacious enough to provide privacy when desired. Close to Boardwalk, grocery store and plenty of places to eat. We had a wonderful time and hope to return to same condo on our next trip. Beach service was nice. Couldn't ask for a better, more relaxing time and the water was gorgeous.

Very relaxing vacation at the beach. Condo had everything we expected and was clean. Would’ve been nice to have beach towels available since that is something you don’t pack when flying. Would love to come back during the warmer weather.

We really enjoyed this property! We needed the condo re-mopped - grateful for good communication with the property people - it was completed very quickly. We loved the balcony ocean views, the walk across the street to restaurants was very convenient! A few of the beds could use an upgrade- our backs hurt, but we are sun kissed and we will definitely stay at Summer Place again! Thanks for the memories!

We stayed for a family vacation for the first time at this location. It was great! The rooms were cleaned and organized. The pool was great and it was so close to the beach. There was a maintenance man always cleaning. We really loved this location and look forward to returning to it.

Overall it was good. Could use a little more TLC. There wasn’t many trash bags so we had to go out and get more trash bags and toilet paper.. We left a gold chain in the room, but they claim it wasn’t there. A bit disappointed as we know it was left in the room. Hope the person that stole it, enjoys it!

Room 409 accommodated our family perfectly. We have stayed here before and it is one of our favorite places to stay. There was only one issue. The floors were sticky when we checked in and the babies feet were black on the bottom from the dirt. The mops in the condo were not suitable to clean the floors so I had to go to the grocery to buy a new mop so I could clean the floors. I didn't think that i would have to be mopping floors on my vacation. Otherwise everything was great, and this condo is a great place to stay.
