Chambre en bas a deux nouveaux lits jumeaux. La mezzanine a un canapé avec un canapé-lit queen et un bureau. Le salon a de beaux meubles tropicaux, un fauteuil confortable et un canapé enveloppant avec un canapé-lit queen. Les salles de bain ont été refaites avec des douches à l'italienne et des armoires rénovées. La cuisine offre des comptoirs en granit avec des armoires spacieuses. Carrelage et parquet de l'entrée à la porte véranda. Bien équipé.

Our 5th stay at this property, in as many units. This one was basic. Enough beach chairs and towels for 4. We bought and left two boogie boards as there was none. Two broken umbrellas in the lanai closet. Enough dishes but asked management to bring up dish cloths and dish towels. Cookware needs some updated pieces. Could use a good deep clean. Great view. Comfortable stay for two weeks.

Perfect unit for a family of 5! We really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room. The only suggestion would be to provide food storage containers and aluminum foil/plastic bags.

Only thing is that the AC in the living room does not work. It turns on but no air coming out. Dishwasher is very dirty. Other than that it was a nice place.

Overall we had a lovely Maui vacation, although Covid-19 sent us home early. The condo had enough space for us, our son and his wife and two small children. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds and never missed a beautiful sunset. The condo was clean and well equipped however, “tired”. It could use some up-dates.

#271 was great for our family of 6. Lanai overlooks the lower pool and grills. Condo within 2 minute walk to beach and within 8 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. There was some sidewalk construction going on at the Hale Kamaole exit but it was a minor inconvenience. Definitely planning a return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was roomy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We never had any issue finding parking and the grounds and pool were very well maintained. There was a nice breeze when the windows were open and we only used the air conditioner one day. The wifi worked great and was easy to use. We never even turned on the tvs but it was nice that there was one in each bedroom. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Great vacation rental.Lots of room for our party of 4. Condo extremely clean; well-maintained. Quieter end of Kihei. Great beach right across the street. Kitchen very well supplied for cooking meals.Close to nice restaurants--Loved Café O Lei & Fred's. Management office great to work with.Really enjoyed Air Maui helicopter tour,Atlantis submarine trip, Valley Isle Rd to Hana trip & snorkel trip. The only negative is that we felt we should have been notified when booking that lower pool was being re-surfaced during the 2nd wk of our stay--could not use pool, lanai & needed to keep sliding glass door closed throughout the day due to jackhammer noise & dust--necessitated using air conditioning non-stop. Bedrms were cool/comfortable with ac on. But main living air & especially the loft was still very warm even w/ ac on. Would definitely return to this unit & would recommend to friends.
