Studio de charme (4 personnes) situé au 6ème étage de la résidence Allegro, quartier des Ruches à deux pas du village des enfants, des commerces, des restaurants, des bars- terrasses et du bowling.
Avoriaz est une station d’altitude sans voiture située à 1800m d'altitude. 100% piétonne.
En hiver les pistes au pied des immeubles, des traîneaux tirés par des chevaux. Une ambiance unique.
En été les télésièges fonctionnent pour les randonneurs et pour les VTT afin de profiter des pistes spécialement aménagées.
Avoriaz fait partie du domaine skiable Les portes du soleil (600km de pistes entre France et Suisse).
Exposé plein sud, cet appartement bénéficie d'un ensoleillement exceptionnel. Il est baigné de lumière tout au long de la journée. Son balcon est équipé d'une table et de chaises pour profiter au maximum du soleil et de la montagne. Vue sur les pistes en hiver ou les alpages en été, les dents blanches, le lac et les chalets d'Avoriaz.
La décoration faite de pierre et de bois brut est de style montagnard et scandinave.
Le studio est prévu pour 4 personnes maximum. Il est équipé d'un canapé convertible (pour 2 personnes) et de 2 lits une personne (lits superposés).
Oreillers et couettes pour chaque couchage sont fournis.
Dans l'entrée, wc indépendants de la sdb, Coin cuisine avec plaques vitrocéramiques, frigo, four micro ondes, grille pain, bouilloire électrique, cafetière filtre et rangements.
Pour votre confort, la salle de bain est dotée d'une baignoire.

La résidence est très bien située. Elle dispose de 2 entrées, l'une permet de se promener à pied dans la station et est toute proche du Village des enfants (1 minute) et de l'école de ski Evolution 2. L'autre permet de partir directement sur les pistes sans efforts en hiver.

Avoriaz is a car-free altitude resort. 100% pedestrian.
In winter the slopes at the foot of the buildings, horse-drawn sleighs. A unique atmosphere.
In summer the chairlifts work for hikers and mountain bikers to take advantage of the specially prepared trails.
Avoriaz is part of the ski area Les portes du soleil (600km of slopes between France and Switzerland).
Facing due south, this apartment enjoys exceptional sunshine. Lots of light throughout the day. Its balcony is equipped with a table and chairs to make the most of the sun and the mountains. View on the slopes (winter), the mountain pastures (summer), the lake and the chalets of Avoriaz.
The decoration made of stone and rough wood is of mountain and Scandinavian style.
The apartment is for a maximum of 4 persons. It is equipped with a sofa bed (for 2 persons) and 2 single beds (bunk beds).
Cushions and duvets for each bed are provided.
In the entrance, toilets independent from the bathroom, kitchen area with ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and storage.
For your comfort, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
The living room is equipped with an LCD TV.

The residence is very well located. It has 2 entrances, one of which allows you to walk around the resort and is very close to the Village des enfants (1 minute) and the Evolution 2 ski school. The other allows you to go directly on the slopes without effort. You put on your skis or snowboard at the foot of the building. The same goes for the return of skiing.

The property is very well equipped, with a balcony and a stunning view. Entrance is right on the slope so this is a true ski in-ski-out.

This was our first visit to Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil. The apartment is at the bottom end of Avoriaz and very handily located for the Evolution 2 ski school, and the bottom of the central button lift that runs through the centre of Avoriaz. There are also 3 main lifts that are all within a 200 meter down hill piste from the exit of the apartment.
Located in the Allegro building, it's very much a ski in/out apartment which was wonderful. The apartment, like so many in Avoriaz is compact yet modern enough with a bath - something we wanted as many just have a shower.
The apartment block doesn't have a ski/boot room so you need to take your boots and skis into your apartment - we stored the skis and poles on the balcony overnight. The room has bunks for the kids and a sofa pull down double bed - it wasn't the comfiest of beds though. The view from the balcony, which is south facing was amazing. We were blessed with a week of clear blues skis and the view out of the apartment was fantastic. It was a simple and easy walk to the nearby shops and restaurants, but tucked away so it didn't suffer from any noise.
Those who haven't been to Avoriaz before may not know that the village is traffic free which is amazing if you have young children – the only way around the village is by horse and sleigh or by a piste basher style transporter. These do however run at all hours and are used for delivering goods to the various shops and also for empty bins etc – you get the odd noise of these throughout the night but nothing major. Other than that the apartment is lovely and quiet and we didn’t have any noise coming through the walls, floors or ceilings from neighbouring apartments.
It is equipped with everything you really need and was clean and in good condition. We would definitely look to book this again should we return to Avoriaz and Tony was helpful and responsive throughout.

We loved our stay in this great little apartment. Everything felt like new and was really clean. We are a family of 3, the apartment worked prefectly for us. The shops and restaurants of Avoriaz are just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again.
