Enjoyed location near the Botanic Gardens and the pools at the apartment very good. Body Corporate should look at some of the brick paving particularly at the entrances to the pool areas as bricks are uneven and I tripped when walking. I was very lucky not to injure myself (as I'm 84 it could have been fatal).

This is a well priced, comfortable and well located place to stay.

The apartment is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk through the gardens to Mindil Beach and market with the casino only a short distant walk also. The city is only about two km's away, so you can walk there also. The botanical gardens are right next door and they are a pleasure to walk around.

This place is a great option if you have a car as everthing is only a few minutes drive away . Its also adjacent to the botanic gardens so early strolls are lovely followed by ice coffee at Evas cafe in the Gardens. The unit is spacious, quiet and all you need including 2 pools on site. Decor and appliances are dated but functional and the WiFi works well.

Communication with owner was excellent, very grateful for the flexibility to change dates due to covid, excellent location to the gardens and very quiet, kids enjoyed the pools too,

The unit is well located and check-in process was good. Unfortunately the ceiling fans and air conditioners were filthy, and the air conditioners didn't work properly as a result. When I contacted the owner to inform him of the issue, I was told "Darwin is a dirty and dusty place". The owner reluctantly cleaned the fans and air conditioners, and after which they worked. It is understandable that sometimes these things can be missed, however it was the owners poor attitude regarding the situation that was the most frustrating thing to deal with.

Great apartment. Perfect for our family. Very clean and spacious, we loved the pool. Good facilities provided. Very central and lovely neighbourhood. Would definitely book this apartment again as it was a beautiful place to stay.

Good location to catch buses to the city and suburbs. Undercover car spot if you have a car. Rui was very welcoming, flexible and available if we needed anything. Free WiFi a bonus. I will definitely stay again on my next trip.
