Cette maison de ville récemment rénovée est située au cœur de Port Royal. Vous êtes à distance de marche des merveilleux restaurants, de la plage de Sands, des magasins, de la rampe de mise à l'eau et de tout ce que Port Royal a à offrir. Asseyez-vous sur votre véranda et regardez les nombreux festivals et concerts que Port Royal accueille tout au long de l'année. Il est également à deux pas de l'île Parris et de Beaufort. Nous accueillons fièrement les diplômés et leurs familles!
Cette maison est lumineuse et gaie et offre 2 chambres et 1. 5 salles de bain. Il dormira 6. Une chambre offre un lit Queen, l'autre offre 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Tous les matelas sont neufs et vous permettront de passer de bonnes nuits de sommeil! La cuisine est bien équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine. Il est également livré avec une laveuse et une sécheuse.
Apportez votre kayak, votre canne à pêche et votre vélo avec vous. Les eaux voisines sont parfaites pour les activités et le vélo est l'un des moyens les plus amusants de visiter la ville et d'admirer les arbres drapés de mousse.
La plage de Sands sur Port Royal Sound, parfaite pour bronzer, nager et pique-niquer et est à quelques pas (vous pouvez également conduire sur cette plage). Vous verrez probablement des dauphins nager et une faune abondante. Là, vous pouvez marcher le long de la promenade et monter sur la terrasse d'observation de 4 étages pour les meilleures vues que Beaufort a à offrir. Le Sands propose également une mise à l'eau gratuite et une pêche de classe mondiale dans la rivière à marée Battery Creek.

The property was comfortable and very clean. The beds were cozy and linens smelled great. The location was convenient to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, and the amazing rookery in the middle of town, and an easy drive to the beach on hunting Island. Well stocked kitchen, but a few things were not as advertised. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower, and there was a note on the washing machine that said it was broken (I had planned on being able to do laundry during our visit). I wrote a few messages to the owner during our stay but did not receive a reply until four days later (after we returned home). So we did not receive any communication during our stay. If there was better communication, a remedy to the washing machine situation, and all the amenities that were advertised were available, I would give five stars all around. Again, it was a very clean, nicely decorated and sweet place to stay. We lived the area!

Cute property, clean, but could use new carpet or flooring upstairs. There is a nice nature area close to the property and you can look for shark teeth on the beach, just minutes from the property. It is located approximately 50 minutes from Hilton Head.

This was absolutely a lovely home and it made our trip to pick up our new Marine so much more comfortable than in a cramped hotel. It was convenient to everything and most especially the base.

Clean and comfortable duplex not far from Parris Island and not far from nice restaurants and the beach. More affordable than a hotel and definitely a lot nicer.

Stunning rental!
When we arrived, everything was just like the pictures! We absolutely loved the rental! Almost didn't want to leave. Beautiful little town with great people. I could go on and on about all the amazing adventures we had while staying, including seeing our New Marine graduate. Spent walking the neighborhood, wetlands, and the little sand beaches while meeting wonderful people. May want to move from California after this experience. We loved the homey atmosphere. Definitely 5 ☆!

Perfect
Everything was perfect! Felt like we were the first family to ever stay. Extremely clean and very well supplied. Great location! Check in and out was flawless. Loved Port Royal and we will stay again!!
