Modern condo with great view of the Nantucket Sound. First floor, steps from parking lot. The kitchen is top shelf. Granite counter top, new, top of the line appliances including washer and dryer. Plenty of room for four of us, including the porch with an ocean view!

Donna was a fantastic and very responsive host. Even before I booked the property, we communicated several times when I had questions and she was always very responsive (generally within 5 min).
The location of the condo was awesome. This condo has an outdoor patio and is right across from Inkwell Beach,which makes a great view of the water, sunrise, sunset, and general people-watching. Ot os also within walking distance of Ocean Park, The Oak Bluffs Ferry, and general downtown area.
Her condo is clean, quaint, and a nice size to host 2-4 ppl comfortably (2 bed/2 full bath), kitchen eating area on counter stools, dining area, and living room. Very accessible as it’s on the 1st floor.
One night, one of the bedroom tvs was not getting a signal so I let her know and she immediately called the cable provider to troubleshoot the issue. She came over the next day with a new coaxial cord which resolved the issue.
Parking was not an issue as the rental came with one parking spot. The property also has bike racks outside so we were able to store our bikes.

This was our first time in Martha's Vineyard. We were celebrating my parents' 40th Wedding Anniversary. The condo was clean, perfect location and rhe communication with the owner was excellent. We have already booked another stay!

From the ease of the reservation process to the same for checking out, it was perfect.
The condo was more than I expected. Clean, comfortable and greatly appointed with all amenities. Gorgeous ocean views, beautiful neighborhood, very convenient to bike paths, walking trails, and downtown. Sea View will definitely be on the list for future return trips!!!

The property was lovely, clean, and perfectly located to enjoy much of Oak Bluffs by foot, and convenient to the entire island, on which we thoroughly enjoyed Fall on Martha's Vineyard.

This condo is just as advertised except that you can’t see the road between the condo and the beach but it was still a great place to stay. There’s a covered patio looking out on the ocean with wicker furniture so it’s a nice place to sit outside and look at the gorgeous view. Everything else is just like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.

Lovely unit, pleasant surroundings and fully equipped kitchen. Bringing towels and linens is a little tough, but the washer and dryer in unit is fantastic so we laundered every day. It was very quiet even directly on a main road

OUTSTANDING PLACE!
Everything in the condo is beautiful and SO clean! The kitchen and appliances are brand new, the decoration is Beachy and beautiful. Great furniture and super comfortable beds. Location can’t be beat!
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink in the porch overlooking the ocean and walk a couple blocks to all shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs.

Great Destination - no car required
We decided to take over the Hyline Ferry without our car but bikes. This location was perfect for biking around oak bluffs and we even made it to Edgar town on the bike trail. The beach across the stress was a nice bonus — so was the large open lot for frisbee playing w the kids. The unit itself has extensive cooking supplies and a new washer/dryer set that is amazing. The sofas were comfy and my kids kids loved the 3 TVs. We brought towels and sheets - everything else is there. There is a drawer of kitchen towels, so don’t bring those. Easy texting w property owner too. The outside porch was a great place for me to hide from the TVs. Lol.

e stayed at the condo for a fall weekend. The location can't be beat. Walkable to town and ferry. Condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Everything was perfect except the WiFi and the fact that there were roaches. I reached out to the owner of the property who oddly made it seem like it was acceptable. Big fan of the area not a big fan of cockroaches and this rental. We brought out 1.5 year old baby and could not get the baby camera to stay connected to the WiFi for more then an hour at a time. Needless to say we were a bit uneasy during our trip.
