En centre ville d'Epernay, venez découvrir notre charmante demeure située proche des plus grandes Maison de champagne ( Moët & Chandon, Perrier Jouët, Demoiselle, etc) et proche de la célèbre Avenue de Champagne (50m). Entièrement rénovée, composé de quatre pièces à vivre ouvertes avec vue sur le parc de la mairie avec cuisine totalement équipée, deux chambres, une grand pièce qui inclue la salle à manger et le salon avec canapé convertible en lit pour deux personnes supplémentaires.
En plein coeur du centre ville il vous sera facile de vous déplacer, peu besoin d'utiliser la voiture.
Parking publique et collectif tout près du gîte.
Visite des caves de la Maison de Champagne Mercier (à 900m du gîte) en train dans les caves.
Cinéma, restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarché et coin shopping tout autour du gîte entre 10m à 500m de distance.

Very convenient for Avenue de Champagne and Town centre. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Stairs could be a problem if your have even minor walking difficulties.
A little noisy, but that's a small price to pay for the super convenient location. We had a great weekend!

A great stay in Epernay and this apartment is right in the heart of the city. Conveniently located is an understatement. It’s a really clean and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, plus a stunning roof terrace which is surprisingly spacious. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped.
There is parking right outside the apartment where we always found a space (there is lots of other parking very close by too). The parking rates are extremely reasonable for a city centre location, and only during the working day/until 7pm.
Couldn’t be better located and a really enjoyable stay.

We (4 People - Parents and two adult sons) had a wonderful experience staying at the apartment. It worked out very well for us. We can recommend it.

This apartment is in a brilliant location just off the Avenue De Champagne so it's ideal for tastings and exploring the central area. The facilities were great for us (couple with a one year old) and there was a cot, high chair and plenty more things to make our stay comfortable. However - and this is a big 'but'- it was very obvious that the bed linen in both bedrooms had NOT been changed since the previous guests and that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned. Such a shame as this really left a bitter taste on an otherwise good stay. Would not return to this place as a result.
