Situé dans un endroit calme au-dessus de l'hôtel Hilton Imperial, cet appartement 2 chambres rénové dispose d'un extérieur spacieux avec une piscine privée. Donnant sur la rue Forteresse Lawrence, la propriété partage un emplacement exclusif à 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik.
L'appartement se compose de 2 chambres doubles, d'une salle de bains avec douche, d'un coin repas avec une table pour six personnes, d'un salon et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four micro-ondes, four, réfrigérateur, bouilloire, grille-pain, cafetière et lave-vaisselle. Les portes en verre des chambres donnent sur un balcon offrant une belle vue sur la mer. Les deux terrasses sont situées de chaque côté de la maison; la plus grande terrasse dispose d'une piscine privée chauffée, de 4 chaises longues, d'une douche et d'une cuisine d'été avec barbecue intégré. L'appartement ne dispose pas d'une place de parking privée. Les installations comprennent une piscine, climatisation, télévision par satellite, télévision à écran LCD, Internet sans fil, une cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle, four à micro-ondes, barbecue, lave-linge, fer à repasser, planche à repasser et sèche-cheveux.
Il y a deux façons de rejoindre le centre, en descendant une série d'escaliers (200 marches), vous vous retrouvez à Pile Gate, l'entrée principale de la vieille ville. En marchant environ 5 minutes en bas de la colline (sans compter les marches), vous pouvez rejoindre l'entrée du milieu de la vieille ville appelée Buza Gate. Vous trouverez une supérette, un distributeur automatique de billets, une boulangerie et un café à 50 mètres de l'appartement. Le téléphérique menant à la montagne Srđ se trouve à seulement 6 à 7 minutes à pied.

We stayed here with two couples, great option just ~300 stairs to the old city walls. Overall the communication was super easy, and the pool/outdoor area was nice to have a after a long day walking around. Overall would recommend for a couple/or two who want to stay outside city walls.
A few negatives- there was limited hot water, for four guests we had to stagger showers quite a bit and the outdoor shower was broken and not really usable. The pool area is not private, however no other people in the apartments used it during our time. And you need to remove your garbage which was a bit of a walk down the road.

Firstly on the property its a great location right at the top of Dubrovnik and a short walk into the old town, the property is really big and has a supermarket and bakery just down the road. The pool is a much needed cool down when you have been walking in Dubrovnik (especially the hills!!) We didn't spend a lot of time at the property as we had lots planned around Dubrovnik
We arrived on a national holiday, tbh we didn't know and didnt think to look at this but everything was shut, except restaurants and garages... no supermarkets etc. I would of thought seeing as this is the case they might of advised us of this and asked if they could put a welcome pack in which we could purchase seeing as its an apartment
Small disappointments for us were things like the pictures clearly show wooden loungers with cushions by the pool, they are just white plastic. The furniture on the balcony is pretty rickety and again the outdoor table shows lovely cushions etc which are not there and just a wooden bench, no cushions at all.
For the money you are paying (and we get Dubrovnik is expensive) they just need to spend a small amount on the property replacing some furniture etc and it would be epic. Aircon was noisy but nothing to be worried about.
Overall good, it feels the company that runs it is very much a business, not like a personal rental. I think we've just been spoilt with some of the properties we have stayed the last years

Great location with pool
Best thing about this fabulous apartment is the location (207 steps from the Pile gate or up hill from the Boze gate I.e 5 minutes from the old town)
The pool was great after a hot day exploring the old town.
Supermarket (v basic and small) only 5 minutes walk away.

The property is well located, just a short walk down the steps from the old town. The outside space by the pool and BBQ area is fantastic and we enjoyed several BBQs during our stay. Inside, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean, with excellent kitchen equipment provided. Clean, fluffy white towels were provided and changed mid-week, as well as the provision of pool towels and a tea towel which was a nice touch! The owners were very helpful in providing location maps, advice on where to go, how to get there and were always on hand via email or text whenever we needed them. They came round within hours of us reporting a problem with the shower hose and fixed it within half an hour. Excellent place, I would recommend it, and would defintely stay there again should we return to Dubrovnik.

The property is well located, just a short walk down the steps from the old town. The outside space by the pool and BBQ area is fantastic and we enjoyed several BBQs during our stay. Inside, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean, with excellent kitchen equipment provided. Clean, fluffy white towels were provided and changed mid-week, as well as the provision of pool towels and a tea towel which was a nice touch! The owners were very helpful in providing location maps, advice on where to go, how to get there and were always on hand via email or text whenever we needed them. They came round within hours of us reporting a problem with the shower hose and fixed it within half an hour. Excellent place, I would recommend it, and would defintely stay there again should we return to Dubrovnik.
