What a great house! Plenty of room for everyone. Close to the beach and the village. Walkable everywhere. We had just one day of rain, but with the indoor / outdoor pool and hot tub, we relaxed in the hot tub while it poured outside. Love that there is a full fridge in the lower level with the pool. After a day at the beach followed by dinner at the village, we spent most of our time in the lower level hanging out.
Most things you need for the beach are provided, including umbrella, towels, some chairs, and plenty of toys for younger kids.. We especially appreciated the 2 beach caddy’s to carry everything. We did not see a cooler there, but we were able to bring ours.
When we had a question, it was answered almost immediately. Really impressed there.
I was a little disappointed in the furniture in the living room. It was not as pictured, and not overly comfortable. After a long day, we love to put our feet up. We did see some footstools in the upper bedroom, so we brought them down.
Overall, this was a great home in a great location. Would definitely rent again!

The house was awesome. We stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed every single day. It was within walking distance to the beach and near many great food options. It was close enough to stores and shops and far enough away that we didn't have to deal with the busy street if we didn't want to.

Incredible, richly-appointed home just a couple of blocks from the famous Siesta Key beach with white-powder sand! We walked on the beach every morning! Siesta Key Village with many shoppes and restaurants are within walking distance. Everything in the home was in excellent condition, extremely clean, and Marcio, the property manager was very conscientious and responsive, A++! The downstairs pool and hot tub were amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable, loved the master bathroom, and the kitchens (two of them - one upstairs and one downstairs by the pool!) were very well-appointed. The elevator was an added bonus as it came in handy for transporting luggage and groceries to the main floor. We rented a golf cart after a couple of days which made travelling around the island that much more fun! We had a fantastic time at Island Circle, Siesta Key and would definitely stay here again! Perfection!

Lovely large well-appointed house just a couple blocks from beautiful Siesta Key beach. We and our various guests- from seniors to a young family, all greatly enjoyed our stay. The high ceilings, huge living room windows, the pool and spa— all were great. Very nice kitchen and bedrooms too(:

My family stayed at the blue house for a week, and we had an exceptional time. The house itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchens (two!) were very well stocked, and the garage had many beach toys that our son could use. The pool in the house was really cool, and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a pleasure communicating with the property manager, and he was readily available to help/answer questionsn. The location couldn’t have been better - walking distance to town and short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This house has a great lay out for families. We had 3 families staying here and it was perfect. I would suggest a golf cart is you don't like walking but it is a nice walk to downtown. The place is not the cleanest but was tolerable. Pool and hot tub are great. The property manager was extremely helpful and nice!

The Blue House

We had a group of 7-9 and it was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the downstairs pool area and used the kitchen down there a lot. Would recommend this property and definitely would stay with this host again!!! Did not want to leave!!!

The Blue House
We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue House. The proximity to the beach as well as the space to hang out in the pool area and second floor were the main things that attracted us to this property and certainly made our experience an enjoyable one. There were some issues with water damage and the gas at the beginning of our stay, but these were clearly handled as well and as quickly as possible during our stay with minimal interruption of our vacation. The property management was always friendly and available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Family work and play winter getaway
We had a wonderful experience during our two week family stay. We had 3 of us working and taking off days and time when we could and found the house to be an excellent choice for us. Aside from its very cool decor and vibe, the pool and spa was perfect for evenings and short breaks when we could not get to the beach . The location of the house is perfect with a short walk to siesta key village and an even shorter walk to the beach. With a family of 5 (all adult age and 3 of us working) we had plenty of space for privacy with 3 floors all having living and work space. There was also everything one could need for beach trips including chairs,
lounges, etc. in short it was perfect for our family work play mid winter
break.

Island paradise
This house is the perfect home away from home in Siesta Key! So close to everything, yet very private as well. The 1st level pool/spa/entertainment room is perfect. Watch TV and relax in the hot tub or grill some steaks and watch the kids play in the pool, we did it all. The house was spacious enough for our family of three to host my sister, brother in law and their three children comfortably for several days but nice just for myself, my husband and teenage daughter as well. Very well equipped kitchen with most of the comforts of home. The property manager and owner were very accessible with any questions or concerns. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our new found island paradise!

Nice Stay
The Blue house is a great property on Siesta Key. The pool and location are great. Marcio was very helpful with check in / out and was easily available with any questions or issues. He was upfront with a few problems that were never an issue during our stay. Kitchen was also very nice with a lot of cooking supplies if you want to stay in. Overall I would come back again.

Amazing House!
We absolutely loved staying at the Blue House. The house is very impressive with a great layout and decor. It was great for our family. The first floor pool area is perfect. The pool is large with a great hot tub. We spent a lot of time in this room. It was great because you could have drinks and snack right there so you did not have to go back upstairs. Short walk to the beach. The beach in the early evening was also a favorite part of our stay. Marcio, the property manager, was proactive and very responsive to any request that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

-Great location
-Fantastic pool & hot tub with lanai
-Cool 90’s Art Deco decor
-Great owner and manager communication
-Many beach and pool toys for kids and adults
-Pool is very clean
Cons:
-Water leak from great room window during passing Of TS Cristobal. Will need major repair. Fortunately, it only leaked during our first 24 hours of the stay. Owner and manager worked with us and we agreed on a mutual solution.
-Property is showing its age and needs some global updates
-A few non disclosed issues like the fact the pool level stove no longer works
-Need a new, nicer model coffee pot
Overall, a positive experience for our first visit to Siesta Key.

Great home, great location
Great home. Could use some subtle maintenance here and there, but a comfortable place with a great layout. Beautiful pool, hot tub area, great place to hang out after a day at the beach. Location is outstanding. Short walk to the beach. Nice walk to the village. Easy access to trolley.My only complaint is the beach chairs. They need to be updated badly. But overall, a great vacation was had.

Beautiful modern house in great location very accessible to spectacular beach.
Clean, nice amenities. Great jacuzzi and partially covered pool.
Unfortunately, main refrigerator, wine cooler, elevator did not work and needs a few other repairs as well. Still a great place and we would rent again if these things were fixed.

A great blue time
The big blue house was a real treat in Siesta Key. It is a very large house with really tall ceilings, much more than I appreciated on the photos. There is not much in the house which isn't custom or higher end. However, the greatest feature is the pool space. The outdoor kitchen which is sheltered with a portion of the pool and hot tub was the central gathering space for our time. The walk to the beach was easy (about 10 minutes to umbrella in sand). Plenty of towels and beach accessories and carts. All of the rooms were large and gave a comfortable space. The property manager met us for our arrival and frequently checked in to make sure all was well. Some of the features of the house are starting to show a little age, but that is about the only negative I can draw. It was perfect for our family of 6.
