Well equipped property. Good views over marina. comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage. Nice lounge area. Adequate balcony for two. A note for others - you can avoid paying for parking as there is plenty of free space nearby!
Very narrow winding stairwell. Quite noisy at night. Towels were the size of face flannels - bring your own. Paid almost €600 for one week when our friends had a 3 bedroom property that was much, much nicer for around €500. It still had a view of the marina too. I would stay in a different property next year.

Excellent location, astonishing view, very clean, comfortable, nice decorations, AC, refrigerator, cable TV, balcony.
The host was very kind and helpful.
I strongly recommend this apartment.
Tough access with the luggage on the stairs, which are quite narrow and in a spiral.
The refrigerator was not powerfull enough.
The parking was quite expensive.
Minor problems with communication in English.

Nice view over the harbour. Beach just around the corner. Shops within 5 minutes walking distance. Many restaurants and bars downstairs.
Nothing happening in Medulin after mid-September. If you like to do biking, hiking, etc. then it's ok.

The possitioning right în the middle of The harbour, near all the good stuff
The Sand Beach was only 3 min away...
The air conditioner was not cleaned in some time, it had some smell durring usage
A little bit of noise from the bars up to 1 în The night but only IF you wolud open the windos/dors
A little bit of head akes going up and down the stairs
