The host was communicative and helpful.

The place was dirty, the kitchenette was totally not useful, no kitchenware, very dirty and old. The bathroom was not clean as well.

If you are in a low budget, this hotel is for you and your family, but if you are picky, this is not for you. The owners of the hotel give personal attention to their guests, they are attentive and very friendly. I really liked the customer services! Plus, they give plenty information on transportation, restaurants and more.

For 50 dollars a night I was expecting a nicer room We did not have toilet paper in the unit, no shampoo no lotion, no conditioner, the pool looked like it was not clean for a long time, 2 lights out in the unit, the bathroom had cobwebs all over, the pillowcases on the bed had yellow stains all over I could not use them, the toilet had water stains ( a pumice stone can clean that in 20 seconds) for some reason the shower door was removed (glass) so when we showered water got all over the floor, we did not see any bath mat in the unit, we had to use the bath towels to keep the floor dry and we used the pool towels instead, I know that 50 dollars a night can’t get you a 5 stars hotel room but we stayed in Playa del carmen the previous nights paying 42 dollars a night and the room had all amenities that you normally get in a hotel room, also we got bottle water everyday plus continental breakfast included The inside of the room needs lot of work

We simply needed a place to stay to catch about 6 hours of sleep before catching our flights. Here's what to expect if you decide to stay here. The entry to the rooms was a little hard to find due to the time of night we arrived and no clear and obvious signage. We eventually found a sign that simply stated S&A. We parked under a low lying tree branch as to not be in the street. Be prepared for the paper thin walls and ceiling. No, that's not bass from the neighbors stereo, that's someone simply walking in the upstairs room. Oh, and the person next door can be heard from simply moving the chair to bathroom visits. The room we stayed in did not have glass for the bathroom windows, rather, there was a thin plastic piece wedged in the place where a glass window would be. So, consider it an "open air" bathroom. This also leads to being able to hear every conversation, laugh and outburst from anyone enjoying the pool areas at 1 A.M. True story...
