Nice decor n clean. Great location with many amenities within 10mins walking distance, especially nice local food day n night.
Drainage in shower room in master bedroom was blocked on first day evening, but owner responded fast n offered to clear the following day. Pool is relatively small n packed during peak hours in holiday season. Please take extra precaution walking along poolside wet walkways, as they were VERY slippery!

We were never given any headsup on the check-in procedure (done by WhatsApp), the main AC didn't work for the first 2 days in the 34C heat, and because the owner is not onsite, the interaction with them is very business-like--in other words, no flexibility and considerations. Lots of time taken to text owner.

Xandra's 218 Macalister Suite located on a very strategist location, just 3 minutes away to food court with fine selection of Penang Foods. The building is new. The bed and linen is very nice, make for a good night sleep. The host is easy to communicate. We get around George Town with Grab, so everything is easy.

The unit is very clean..suitable for family. Overall, it was a good place to stay in penang.
There is no dryer in the unit..it will be good if can provide the washing machine with dryer.

Bed is comfy
Its open space. No privacy, 1 toilet only. Its better for a group of very close friends. The customer service not really ideal. Asking for deposit then return it in a slow pace until i asked for it

Nice view from 33rd floor. Modern interior. Overall, our stay here is nice, comfy and great! Recommended!
TV sometimes got no show and become static maybe due to the wifi signal. Have to use mouse provided to control the TV.

the staff service ！in the last min told us the location the deposit and how to check in ， and we hv tired ard and if we didnt find the staff they will not contact us
and inform us the check out time is 11am in the midnight 2 pm ， if I didnt see the message must wake up late

Location was central
It is a single bedroom instead of two. One of the rooms is actually the living room partitioned with wooden panels.
Can be quite noisy and bright if the living rooms lights were left on.
Do take note that a RM 350 deposit is required the day before (pay via bank transfer)

view from the room. small room with 2 power a/c unit and 2 fans!!
When we went up the carpark, we had to go up 6-7 turns up the whole part in the car and it made us feel very dizzy, the whole thing lasted around a minute. Up and down. Outside the hotel smelt really bad too, toilet seat area smelt pee and disgusting.

Overall unit was comfortable with basic amenities available. Bed was also comfortable to sleep on.
