Couldn’t have asked for a better location, especially with a little one. Made it so much easier to pop back and forth to the beach and having the beach service was also a wonderful perk! Condo was in good condition and met our needs. We already want to come back!

We had a beach view condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Sleeping at night with the doors open listening to the ocean waves and feeling the breeze was awesome. Little chilly in March but a wonderful time and the management here went above and beyond to help us (which was especially great since we had my 3 & 5 year old grandchildren with us who were “ready to be there”). We even extended our stay an extra day and that was seamless and easy. The condos are a bit dated but it looks like they are working on them to update them somewhat.

We loved our stay here. The amenities are more than adequate. We especially enjoyed being able to watch/see the Gulf and beach from our unit:) Our rental was very clean, and appreciated having a washer/dryer too. We will be back next year.

Had a wonderful experience. Clean unit, very well appointed , decorated and spacious. great view of the ocean. Centrally located to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Pet friendly unit, as well! Loved the large porch facing the ocean. Only negative, was not in this unit, but the painters were working in the building adjacent to ours, so it was a bit noisy. Additionally, the unit above us was being renovated, so there was a lot of thumping and knocking. Not sure if they were installing new floors?? Anyway it would have been nice to know before booking this unit at this time.

This was a beautiful place to stay that wasn’t too crowded on the beach. Loved the layout of the condo and the big kitchen was awesome. The only drawback was the lack of comfortable seating and no table and chairs, just bar seating. There was one comfortable sofa but the chairs were not comfortable. Back porch had great chairs and tables that made up for the lack of seating inside. Master bathroom vent fan didn’t work but not a problem. Nice office workspace was handy and appreciated. Love this location and will stay here again!

Great location just could’ve been a little cleaner when we arrived. Also wish the place had come with paper towels or a sponge , salt and pepper and cooking spray. All and all super great time and beautiful views!!!

This was a beautiful rental that was perfect. It had everything we needed, as it was advertised. I loved the fact that we could walk out onto the beach from basically the deck. I was able to sit on the beach all day and my kids were able to go back when they wanted to. I love it! I would recommend it to anyone! I hope to come back!

The internet was AWFUL. It is advertised as high-speed. However, it barely reached 1mbps and there were several times that it was non-existent. For vacation, internet speeds aren’t a deal-breaker, but when your child has to complete schoolwork, it is pretty important.

The ugly:
Monday morning of our stay, a construction crew showed up to work on the unit above ours- removing and replacing windows and some other stuff, it appeared. When we called the desk, to see if this was going to continue throughout our stay, they were not aware of any work that was supposed to be done. We were finally told that the crew would be done by Tuesday. They were NOT. Every day of our stay there was work- so loud at times that it shook the walls- from 8am til 6pm. To make it so much worse, the workers were throwing the demolition items (entire windows and that sort of thing) from the upper floor down onto the ground by the sidewalk and near our front porch. Nails, trash, cigarette butts, and liquids were tossed over the upper railing and onto our back deck and stairs- several times someone almost stepped on rusty nails going down to the beach. Unfortunately-the office never offered to make any amends (changing our room or some sort of discount) nor did they do anything to make the workers stop this behavior.

Good location. You can see the beach from the corner of the balcony. It will take you 1 minutes to be on the actual beach. The condo was great but the sheets were not changed. I always bring my own sheets and towels so I used those. Otherwise everything else was nice. Only wish there were screens on the back doors so you can leave them open at night.

I read many good reviews on this condo and it met every expectation. It was cute, and clean and took a one minute walk from the porch to standing on the beach. We will definitely be back!
