Amazing house and location. We actually got married on the property. So close to wineries and breweries. We used the pool, hot tub, and firepit. Awesome kitchen!! We couldnt have wanted anything else.

Great location with beautiful views of Seneca Lake. Tastefully decorated and spacious home for our group of 8 adults and 2 young children. We enjoyed afternoons in the pool, sunsets from the deck and evenings at the fire pit. Several wineries, breweries and spots to eat nearby. Take care walking down the stone pathway to the fire pit at night. My niece called it “the magic house.” We all agreed and look forward to booking a future trip!

Overall great vacation house with family. The hot tub was the highlight of this house for both adults and kids. Unfortunately, we did not get great weather so the kids barely used the pool due to it not being heated. Views were amazing and nice interior finishes. This house has the best location for winery tours and breweries (we loved this).

We had 4 couples stay at the house. The house is lovely with a wonderful outdoor area. The 4th bedroom is a bunk so it was more challenging for a couple but we made it work. It’s a beautiful view and walking distance to a winery and brewery. We enjoyed the live music from the deck. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful and so spacious. The kids loved the loft space and the master bed/bath are amazing. The view of the lake is really beautiful. The hot tub is perfect. Everything we needed was available at the house. Perfect. We were off season but that didn’t matter as several of the local wineries were open.

The house was super clean and well appointed. The master bedroom with it’s lake views and gorgeous bathroom was truly luxurious. All of my guests were comfy and cozy is their rooms and enjoyed using the hot tub on the lake-facing deck. Bonus- located on such a great part of the lake with many great wineries within a short drive including a brewery right next door!

We had such a wonderful experience at this rental! The space was great, well furnished and clean! Location was great for so many surrounding wineries! Even in the winter, the view was gorgeous!

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was just as pictured. Amazing views. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and plenty of space for our family on the inside. Can only imagine how awesome it would be in the summer with the pool. We will be coming back. Highly recommend. Close to multiple wineries.

Place was super clean and they spared no expense in any part of the house! We had a wonderful time for our wine tour for the weekend! The host was also so kind as to mail us two pieces of jewelry that we left behind - very accommodating, quick communication, and friendly people!

Lot’s of space. Gorgeous view. Just as described in the listing. Helpful and accommodating hosts. Convenient to Watkins Glen, about 22 miles to Elmira, many wineries close by, and some spectacular waterfalls. We would stay here again.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway! We rented a car and did a our wine tour! Came back home and made a beautiful dinner in the stunning kitchen!

The house was wonderfully welcoming! Comfortable bedrooms, nice open kitchen/dining room, fun game room - this house had it all for a nice, relaxing family vacation. The views of the lake were amazing and so peaceful. We also had a great time exploring the local community.

This place was perfect for our Annual Brewery Tour trip! The location is great and it fit our group of eight adults well. One couple slept in the bunk room but the bed was big enough for them to share. The house is beautiful and has a great view. We really enjoyed our stay!

Five adults had a wonderful stay at this house. The location is perfect for visiting wineries, breweries, distilleries and hiking. On arrival, we walked next door to Two Goats Brewery and grabbed a growler to enjoy on the deck. The view is amazing. We were treated to gorgeous sunsets over Seneca Lake and we loved waking up to the view of the lake from our bedroom. The house was very clean and had every amenity we needed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were so soft. Everything was high end. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the house. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all the house had to offer.

I found this property on Seneca Lake after weeks of research and it fit our needs perfectly. We had two couples 55+, one couple 30+, and two kids 2 and 5. The open floor plan, with a sunken den, allowed us all to keep watch on the kids and two dogs. The game room was also very helpful and a direct sight line from the kitchen and pantry area. The house was furnished appropriately with linens, paper goods, and dish, laundry, and hand soap. The only item lacking that we were used to is a starter bar soap in the baths. The house has perfect views from the east shore of Seneca Lake, and we were even treated to beautiful sunsets and the morning sounds of the Seneca Guns. Look it up. It’s a mystery. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable. I want to purchase the sheets. The hot tub was in perfect working condition, but it took trial and error to figure out how to work the jets. The pool was already closed for the season which was fine for our weather. On our last night we took advantage of the Viking range and Napoleon outdoor gas grill. The only item that others need to be aware of is the early morning road traffic noise since the house sits up close to the road. Otherwise a great place to stay for a Finger Lakes vacation.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was beautiful and so we’ll equipped with everything we could have needed. Kids loved the bunk beds. The pool and hot tub were great entertainment any time of the day. Even on a chilly night. We found location to be so convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Can’t wait to go again

Where to start... This home was perfect in every possible way! I stayed here with my 2 daughters, their husbands and my 4 grandchildren (ages 5, 3, 2 and 6 months). The home was absolutely more than we could have asked for. It is a beautifully renovated home where not a single detail was overlooked - absolutely gorgeous inside and out! The owners went above and beyond with this renovation! The pool and hot tub were big hits for my group. The lake views and sunsets can't be beat. Morning coffee on the 2nd story balcony was a treat! There is a brewery located at the bottom of this property where they have live music on the weekends (perfect bonus!). There are so many attractions in the area that it would be impossible for anyone to be bored. Needless to say, we LOVED our stay here and can't wait to go back! I could go on and on raving about this home. To sum it up, in the words of my 5 year old granddaughter, "Super Grandma, can we live here forever?" Nothing more to be said, lol. Also, the hosts Annie and Gary are gems! So easy to communicate with! Thank you for letting us stay in your little slice of heaven!

This place was beautiful. Very spacious and clean! The view was amazing every night! The fire pit was a great place to sit and relax at night while listening to the live music playing from the brewery. We all can’t wait to stay again.

This house was ABOVE & BEYOND what we were expecting. I stayed here with my husband, 2 kids (ages 11 & 12), my mother and father-in-law and we are still in awe of the house, property, location and scenery. There was plenty of room for all of us and the dogs! The owners of this home have an amazing eye for detail that could be seen in every room. Everything you could need was provided, every inch of the house was clean, neat and organized. Every night we watched an amazing sunset while swimming in the pool, cooking on the grill and eating dinner at their big, beautiful kitchen table. The top tier appliances, amazing beds, breathtaking views and even live music on the weekends (don't worry, it's not loud at all). The house is only 15 minutes away from waterfalls, parks, museums, the race track, shopping and so much more! After losing a number of family members recently, this trip was what we needed but the house was what made it memorable. THANK YOU Gary and Annie for allowing us to share your beautiful home. We will definitely stay here again next year! It truly was PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

While this house does not have direct lake access, the location is perfect! The views are incredible and the house is HGTV worthy! Located close to Watkins Glenn and right on the winery trail. Will be back!

This house had exactly what we needed. Close to Watkins Glen, fairly close to Geneva, and plenty of restaurants, breweries and wineries close by. House was in near perfect shape. Experienced no issues while staying here. Could not have been more pleased.

Fantastic location and beautifully remodeled home in the heart of wine country. Can’t wait to stay there again next year!

What a great stay.... communication and check in were great. The home, which was obviously just renovated top to bottom, was beautiful. Owners/hosts Annie and Gary spared no expense on a high quality renovation. The home was furnished with everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, one could need while on vacation. The hot tub and pool were the icing on the cake. When we did decide to venture out, away from the wonderful accommodations and beautiful lake view., we found the home very conveniently located in close proximity to many wineries/breweries/distilleries and only a few miles outside the town of Watkins Glen. We did, however, make sure we we back in time to catch the sunset from the deck and hot tub. Would have given 6 stars if possible.

The house is newly renovated and impecably done. Has plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing, enjoying lake views, playing lawn games or hanging in the hottub. The hosts were wonderful to work with and were easy to communicate with and very responsive. My family loved their stay and are already talking about when to come back.

We were fortunate enough to be the first guests at this beautiful home with a magnificent view of Seneca Lake. Annie and Gary are awesome, responsive hosts who pulled out all of the stops to make this property available ahead of schedule when their other nearby property required repairs just prior to our scheduled stay. There are great winieries and breweries within walking distance or a short drive away. Area hiking and waterfalls are close by with no shortage of things to do. The close proximity to Ithaca makes for a nice day trip. Nearly everything you need is already provided by the hosts. The hot tub spa and soon to be completed pool will be great fun for future guests, but I have to say that our favorite moments were sitting on the deck with an early morning coffee or evening glass of wine while overlooking the beautiful expanse of Seneca Lake.
