Everything. The price is affordable, the room is so great with complete amenities and the location is so good. I'll book here again when I come back to Davao City.

The location and the room! Super lapit sa night market at madaming bilihan ng food. Walking distance din sa Poblacion - bilihan ng pasalubong! The room was also clean pati banyo sobrang nagustuhan namin. Yung bed and sofa ok din! And we can also cook since almost lahat ng kitchen appliances works well.

The property is very nice and aesthetic. They also had netflix.
There were numerous small cockroaches.

Location,pool,host responded soon and helped except check in time
Not so clean especially kitchen and bathroom,host did not send me one day before code for keybox and i had to wait a few hours to find internet access to see late message .bed not so good for 2.

place is quite central, clean and staff of the building is very nice
the communication with the hosts was super complicated. maybe they didn't receive all messages, but they definitely only replied to some of them. airport pick up did not work out. check-out was not possible because hosts did not reply to messages and did not answer phones. the building staff told me they cannot accept the key so I had to slide the key under the appartment door and leave...

The homeowner is very responsive and accommodating. She responds to inquiries right away. The unit is well-kept, and cozy, perfect for a "chill out weekend".
