I liked that the staff and management was helpful when we needed assistance.

the sheets were not clean. we asked the cleaning ladies to change them and they did. we were only informed that you can’t access the property in a small car a week before our trip, (after the booking was made and confirmed). We were told we'd need to park our car in the town, and get taxis to the resort. This meant that we had to rely on a taxi that cost us R200 to fetch us from the resort and another R200 to take us back to the resort. no aircon in the lounge area. this is where people spend the most time and it was insanely HOT.

There’s no A/C in the living room/kitchen, the place was not quite clean, once i opened the door of one room the handle came off, there are cracks everywhere in the kitchen and i can go on with all the small things that requires maintenance. the TV package was not renewed. overall the house needs maintenance and better follow up form the owner(s). the pool was green. watch out the entire “resort” is under maintenance as they’re building new blocks !

Accommodation was fairly new and accessible. Nice large pool.

Lodge still under construction. Staff cannot speak English. When management is not around, staff cannot be found. Management allows fellow lodgers to play music and be rowdy all night through. Week ends are not quiet and peaceful in the resort with loud music. It seems that alcohol is not allowed to be consumed on premesis according to signs posted. This is not made known on web address. Problems with plumbing resulting in workmen having to parade through house. Not having a lock-up facility in the house, we had to carry all valuables with us when not supervising these workmen. It is a self catering unit. Cutlery and crockery are of sub standard quality making cooking a challenge. Always a shortage of fresh towels.

Best place to stay in Ponta. BUT The cooking equipment was not on standard at all. There is not even 1 built-in cubert to hang your clothes. You literally live out of your suit case. The beds and linne was terrable. Just dubbel beds.

What i absolutely loved the most was the hospitality. On arrival the ladies came and helped unpack the vehicle, which with the 11hours drive was absolutely heaven send. We were treated with so much respect and they were willing to help with everything. They even Ironed our TShirts for the wedding when we asked where we can do it they didnt even hesitate to help us with anything. They cleaned everyday which was also a bonus so for the first time the moms were on vacation as well. White Shark will most definitely see us again we will never go to another lodge. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our time at white shark so amazing.

Good location, nice houses. Very well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool is urge and there is a good park for kids.

Could have generator. We experienced some power issues and with kids. It was a challenge as the kids couldn't go outside due to rain.

Everything is outdated. Dirty used kitchen sponge. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable. The shower outlet is blocked. There is no information or any direction of the nearest beach or restaurant.

The facilities are clean and beautiful Nature friendly (monkeys are all around) The peace of the place Availability of the Staff The owners are gentle. We didn't meet with them but they were available on the phone at anytime and for anything Safe Beautiful swimming pool Children friendly

Everything was good.

We loved the unit and the swimming pool. David and adelia were impeccable. The reason we couldn't give 10 out of 10 for everything is due to the fact that the toilet seats were broken as well as the towel rails in the main bedroom. We had an amazing tropical rain and it was so refreshing to sit on the balcony and relax however in the lounge there was a minor leak, having said that it was quite refreshing! 😀 WE WILL GO BACK!!! The hosts are absolutely incredible and the location is perfect!

The White Shark is simply what families are looking for when they want to get away from the routine. It is a calm, safe place, and for those who love nature, they will not be disappointed. The space is welcoming, with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. It even feels like you're staying at friends/family house. The staff is attentive and leaves nothing to be desired by the guests. Children and adults can enjoy relaxing moments by the mega pool with an incredible view of nature. It is indeed a resort to know and visit whenever possible. Hammm for those who want to take a dip in the sea there is a shortcut that gives access to the beach, and gives privacy as it is not in a very populated area.

The only concern is having a vehicle that is 4x4 or at least has the ability to ride in offroad places.

Owner was very helpful, kitchen well equipped , beds comfortable, all rooms with AC. Owner was kind enough to let us check out later than scheduled. Highly recommend this property.
