Superb apartment, everything you would need to make you feel at home. Perfect location!

We Had for 3 nichts a wonderful stay. Its a very nice and quiet Appartement in the City of Faro. 5 min Walk to the harbor ... And Laetitia ist very helpful, giving tips and very supportive. She received us with a bottle of wine, some fruites and local Cookies. Many thanks! It was wonderful.

Beautifully decorated and very very clean, spacious and a great location. The host, Laetitia is very welcoming and made us feel at home. it is one of the best stays we have had. Cannot wait to come back.

Lateshia the host was AMAZING. So attentive, always on hand at the end of a WhatsApp text for all our questions. She also met us in person and gave us a list of recommendations for the area, after asking us what sort of things we wanted to experience/already liked. The property on a whole, was insane. The quality was fabulous and the extras such as the wine, coffee pods, fresh fruit and the complimentary gift just made the stay extra special. The en suite was handy but the bathroom was also beautiful - the rainfall shower was so lovely and relaxing. The location was perfect (right on top of Faro’s top brunch spot). The TV had Netflix and the walk in wardrobe was just FAB. We didn’t use the kitchen but if we wanted to, it had everything we’d need. The apartment was spotless. We stayed in Apartment 1 and we absolutely loved it. We’ve travelled around our fair share of cities in Europe and this accommodation was by far our favourite!!!

Not that we didn’t like it, but we couldn’t get the hang of the shower door and kept accidentally getting water over the bathroom floor (probably human error but something to bare in mind if you did stay with children as I can imagine it could get messy). The brunch spot downstairs also start setting up each morning at around 730 and can be noisy dragging tables about but apart from that, you can’t hear the cafe at all really.

The property was beautiful and the hosts were lovely and attentive!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need, the apartment was so cosy and the pastel de nata’s the hosts left us as a gift were super tasty. Our favourite thing about our stay was the list of recommendations that was left for us by the hosts (definitely check out some of the restaurants!!). Overall a wonderful stay and wonderful hosts, who go above and beyond. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Faro☺️ Ps. The owners dog is very very cute.

The accommodation is incredibly beautiful, furnished with attention to detail and centrally located. It offers everything you could wish for, we slept great and enjoyed some sunshine on the terrace. Laetitia and her mother were absolutely great and helpful. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. Thanks again to both of you! If you are looking for an awesome place to stay in Faro, this is it. :)

Excellent location, very clean, very close to eating places. In case you drive, parking is 5 min away. The apartment had everything we needed, we had a very friendly welcome, the host left us fruits and cake, provided helpful tips and recommendations. There is also a terrace where you could relax after a day trip. We are clearly planning to comeback!

Fabulous in Faro - 10/10! We are a Canadian couple who loves to travel the world. Casa D’Amelie is one of the best places we have stayed at. The owner is amazing — so helpful, responsive, and very friendly and professional. We loved the list of recommendations that she provided — the restaurant “check-in” was delicious — a Michelin rated restaurant in the Old Town of Faro!! The location of the place is perfect — a easy 10 minute walk to the train, bus and boats. we took the train for day trips to Loule, Olhao. The apartment is more beautiful in person — it is all newly renovated and super clean with absolutely everything you need!!! Thank you so much for making our visit to Faro perfect!!!

For anyone who has mobility issues, there are a lot of steep staircases. It wasn’t a problem for us but it could be intimidating for some people.

Laeticia was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations! There was even fresh fruit, pastries, and a bottle of wine when we arrived, which was so appreciated. The property itself was very well decorated, clean, and centrally located and I loved sitting out on the terrace in the morning. We rented a car so it was easy to get around, and there was parking about a five minute walk away. There are many shops and restaurants literally steps away from the property, and all of Laeticia’s recommendations were great, particularly Centenario. It could get a little loud at night outside, but we didn’t hear a peep from our unit (the one with a loft bedroom in the back of the property). If we ever find ourselves in Faro again, we would absolutely stay here.

The location was excellent , easy to find though the steps up were very steep. Beautifully appointed, lovely decor, furniture, rugs etc. Excellent shower and bathroom. The air con worked brilliantly. Our host left fruit, wine, water and natas which was all very welcoming.

Nothing really. The bed frame was a bit squeaky at times. Our host said we may hear noise from the apartment above at times. We did but wasn't too much.

Great location, quiet, comfortable. Would stay there again for sure.

A bit difficult to find initially. Very steep stairs. Didn’t bother me but might not be for inactive older people or folks with disabilities.

In Casa D‘Amelie you will stay in a wonderful place, furnished with love and perfect located in the center of Faro. Letitia is a warm-hearted host who gave us a lot of good recommendations. We would love to come back

Outstanding property perfectly located in downtown Faro. Wonderful and very knowledgeable owner. Top notch spotless clean accommodation with all cooking amenities ( Nespresso, stove, microwave, fridge) and utensils. The flat has been completely and tastefully remodeled in a charming stone brick house. Wonderful covered terrace with loungers. The owner treated us with local goodies at check in. Very thoughtful. Perfectly located for sightseeing and nearby restaurants.

First of all, never before have I met such a wonderful host, she was incredibly helpful and kind. The apartment itself was impeccable. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and there was almost everything one could possibly need when away from home. It was great to have breakfast or a drink on the terrace. We also appreciated some extra treats that waited for us when we arrived, like a tray of full of fresh fruit or some local wine.

At times it was somewhat loud in the apartment due to music coming from the outside. Still, at night it was perfectly quiet.
