Great condo. Very clean. Great views and location.

John and Michael were impeccable hosts. Everything was exactly as advertised, and very clean. There are beautiful views of the harbor, the condo is cozy and quite comfortable for two, and they have every bit of crockery, cookware, and even soap for the dishwasher and laundry. We hope to book the same week next year. Oh, and in spite of its proximity to party venues, it was quite quiet. Just what we wanted for our 11th anniversary week. Yes, if you're hesitating, do book. My girlfriend and I had an amazing weeklong stay at John and Michael’s place. The condo is cozy and comfortable and felt like home. The harbor views from the corner windows and private porch are absolutely stunning. What a way to wake up every morning! We loved watching the boats and the birds from the couch with a cup of Joe. The condo is walkable to everything in town and easily bikeable to the breakwater, beaches, and trails. Michael was so helpful and communicative when we arrived later than planned and had questions about the area during our stay. The covered parking spot was so convenient (and rare on Commercial Street!). The parking area also has a safe place to park bikes that is protected from the rain. The condo was well equipped for cooking meals and working remotely (which we did a few times during our stay). We highly recommend staying here. This will definitely be our first choice when we return to P-town in the future!

The property was like staying in a houseboat on the water. Everywhere we looked we saw the bay. The location is perfect and also quiet. We had a super time.

Super location and view! Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Condo is clean and well appointed. AC was much appreciated for the unusually warm days. Check in was simple and the host made sure we were ok and if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again next time.

I throughly enjoyed my stay. The view from my room was spectacular (overlooking the harbor) The place was clean and comfortable, peaceful, quiet and serene. Just what I was looking for. I highly recommend Fisherman's Cove.

We had the most wonderful time staying here. The views are spectacular, access to the beach, restaurants, and shops is fantastic. The view of the sunrise each morning was just captivating. We have been recommending Michael and John's property to all of our friends!! We will absolutely be repeat renters!

The property is good but little cramped

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this condo and hopefully will have the chance to do it again! The condo was clean, had a great view, parking was a breeze, and you can tell Michael and Jonathan put a lot of time and energy to ensure a good experience for their guests. The Condo was exceptional, with cleanliness, views, parking {which I think is important} . Had a fabulous time in our too short time. We will definitely come back.

I've stayed at Michael and Jonathan's place now for 3 years. I keep coming back because it is just the perfect place. A great view, comfortable for 1 or 2 people, a wonderful deck to enjoy and all the amenities you need. The outside common deck is a great added bonus for an early cup of coffee or happy hour cocktail to enjoy the sunset, and the location is excellent in the West End of town but close enough to great stores and a quick grab and go bite from Pop & Dutch at the top of the drive. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed all this consistently year after year. The communication with Michael is prompt and attentive to your needs. I just love spending time here and hope I can make the trip again for a 4th year!

Great stay

The property is completely kitted out for a short or long stay, exceptionally convenient to anywhere in Ptown and extraordinarily quiet with beautiful views of the harbor! The hosts were on point with communications regarding the property! Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

A favorite place to stay in Ptown. I do have to say that it's feeling just a little worn and for the price, a few amenities would be nice. (Hey, just some soap and shampoo?!) But I'll sure go back!

The apartment is nothing fancy, but it is clean with an amazing view of the bay and a beautiful shared deck right on the beach that is perfect for afternoon sunning, reading and hosting friends for sunset cocktails. The location is perfect, just outside the center of town so easy access to everything but not in the thick of the partying. Michael, the host, could not be nicer or more responsive. We are already planning our dates for next summer.

The condo in Fisherman’s Cove is clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our week stay. The location and the views can’t be beat! On site parking is a huge bonus. We are looking forward to a return visit!

This Condo is a lovely place to relax in a perfect location. The view of Fisherman’s Cove from the front room window and common deck is an idyllic seaside portrait. The vibe in the common area is casual and relaxing , but it is just a few steps to the liveliness of Commercial Street to enjoy restaurants, shops and nightlife. Our host Michael was warm and welcoming, his directions to the Condo and code for entering were detailed and very helpful.

The place was as described. Clean, roomy, close to everything. They even called us when house cleaning was done so we could get into the rental sooner!!! There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already there.

We had a great time. The condo was well supplied with necessities and the view was great. I must say the bed was very comfortable.

Location & communication was great. Apartment was well stocked with amenities. However, lots of furniture prevented easy mobility and comfortable space for relaxing. Although, none of this would prevent us from renting this cozy apartment again. Highly recommend & as stated, great location.

We enjoyed this wonderful property; it was a great spot to work a weekday from "home" and enjoy great views, delicious nearby meals, and outdoor activities like dunes hiking and walking the beaches.
