Bienvenue à EDGBASTON. Cette maison a 3 niveaux. La cuisine / salle à manger et le salon décloisonnés sont au niveau supérieur avec des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan, le surf, la plage et le phare. Ce niveau dispose d'une terrasse avec des vues tout aussi spectaculaires. Il y a trois chambres au deuxième niveau - la chambre principale a un lit queen, une salle de bains, chauffage à cycle inversé et climatisation. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et la troisième chambre a deux lits simples. Il y a aussi une buanderie / salle de bain combinée à ce niveau. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a un deuxième salon / chambre à coucher qui a un ensemble de lits superposés et un lit simple et une télévision. Cette maison est très rare en combinant de superbes vues tout en étant d'env. À 50 mètres du Fairhaven Life Saving Club qui surplombe la plage de surf surveillée.

Good location to surf club property requires a deep clean and maintenance on fixtures. Property managers were great to deal with.overall disappointed for the condition of the property and the price of the accommodation per night

Perhaps my review is no different to any of the reviews before it. Place is close to the beach only real advantage. No real ocean view as its obscured by beaches. Bedrooms were really dusty. Drive way not maintained, watch for branches scratching your car. The place has real potential, it's unfortunate that it's not maintained.

Well located, seperate downstairs playroom with tv for kids and the view is something special for those who don't frequent the ocean road as you are perched above it and can see across to the lighthouse. We were treated to bird visitors (cockatoos, rosellas and currawongs) on the deck (which is compact) and even a couple of passing hangliders which we saw while making a cuppa in the kitchen. A unique property. The deck does need new flooring and pressing repair - just don't dance on it or move furniture legs or you may fall through. We certainly didn't. Decor is simple, and yes - the driveway is steep (as some reviews we saw mentioned) but with views of water out nearly every window, who cares! Thanks for letting us stay.
