A spacious and well equipped apartment. It is on the first floor and at a cul-de-sac, therefore it is very private with no other guests walking past it. It is situated within a gated compound and very secure. All bars,cafes, supermarket and beach are within 10 minutes walk. I stayed for 13 nights and the owner organized a complete change of towels/bed-sheets etc. after 7 nights. Communication by the host was very good and the agent was always punctual for check-in and check-out.

Everything about the property itself was first class

We had issues with building work going on in the adjoining property which was very noisy. Not something the apartment owner could do anything about but just restricted time in the apartment during the day.

Nice and clean appartment with great terrace in excelent location in complex, very friendly and responsive host. Perfect location to explore Fuerteventura. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, situated close to everything but still quiet. Lovely pool, great little bars and restaurants on the complex. The apartment had everything we needed and the host was so lovely. Great communication from the start and even went the extra mile making sure my daughter had dairy free milk ready for our arrival, as I was unsure I would be able to get any from the local supermarket. There was also a large bottle of water in the fridge as well as coffee, tea, sugar and all cleaning essentials, bin bags, toilet rolls and a couple of washing machine tablets.

There was a small fan in the bedroom that did very little to keep us cool, air con or a larger fan would have been amazing. The areas around the apartments were a little tired and needing some attention, i.e. paint coming off the walls and the concrete steps up to the apartment were slightly damaged, but this comes down to the communal maintenance.

Host really efficient - there to meet me despite delayed flight, arrived in plenty of time for my departure. Clean, light property with all amenities I needed.

Due to time of year (March), would have been nice to have sun lounger available for patio so that when it got cold could easily go indoors for a short time. However, this wasn't a big issue, nor would it put me off booking again.
