The apartment was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated and within a short walking distance of restaurants and beach. We would have no hesitation recommended it and would definitely consider renting it again should we return to Alvor in future. Gerry from Ireland.

Fantastic stay. All mod cons including Nespresso machine! Right beside supermarket which was handy especially with a baby. Highly recommend. Alvor is beautiful as always. Ideal for a family break. Will definitely be back. Many thanks Isa

This is an excellent property for a stay in Alvor. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner Isabelle who was very accommodating when we needed to reschedule our holiday from May to September. Isabelle had an agent available to walk through the property with us and share all the information. The apartment itself was spotless and the location is fantastic, being only a few minutes walk from Alvor. There is also two pools and great security. We would highly recommend this property. We hope to return again sometime and definitely will be contacting Isabelle again.

Beautiful clean apartment. Easily booked with Isabelle and agent on arrival. Quiet ,well located to restraunts and supermarket. Sky sports and movies were a little added surprise after along day sunbathing at the beautiful beach. Stayed for 19 days and was sorry to leave. Second time at solrio and definitely the best apartments in Alvor!

25.10.14 au 21.3.15 Nous passons régulièrement les 5 mois d’hiver en Algarve et avons vécu dans plusieurs appartements de vacance en location. L’appartement d’Isabelle au Solrio à Alvor dépasse de loin tout ce que nous avons connu auparavant. Grande chambre à coucher, une luxurieuse salle de bain et un deuxième WC avec lavabo répondent à toutes les exigences. Une chambre de séjour spacieuse avec cuisine intégrée et complétement équipée permettent un séjour de longue durée. La TV avec radio et le WIFI pour l’ordinateur fonctionnent parfaitement. Quant à la terrasse de plus de 40 m2 équipée d’une grande table, 4 fauteuils et 3 chaises-longues, elle permet d’y passer agréablement les jours ensoleillés. La place de parc réservée dans un garage sécurisé arrondi l’équipement de qualité supérieure. A mentionner aussi la cordiale relation avec les propriétaires et la diligence de Christina qui s’occupe chaque semaine de maintenir l’appartement dans un état d’ordre et de propreté irréprochable. Conclusions : Cet appartement mérite 5***** étoiles. L’immeuble SOLRIO est luxueux, bien situé à l‘entrée de la vielle ville d’Alvor, à 10 minutes à pied de la mer et à quelques minutes d’un centre d’achat moderne, le Pingo Doce. Rien de négatif ; nous serons donc là l’hiver prochain !

This apartment was pretty much faultless for our 10-night visit to Alvor. The communication with Isabelle, the owner, before our holiday was prompt and easy, as was the meeting with her agent when we arrived in Alvor. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated in a modern style and very well equipped, especially the kitchen which is full sized. It is very large and spacious for a 1-bedroom apartment and has a huge rear terrace, which gets the sun in the afternoon and evening (there is a smaller terrace on the front of the building with sun in the morning). There is air-conditioning in the lounge but not the bedroom, not an issue for our May/June holiday. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. It takes perhaps 2-3 minutes to walk into the centre of Alvor with its restaurants and bars, the beach another 7-8 minutes further away. There is also a large and very reasonably priced supermarket perhaps 2 minutes up the hill. We had a wonderful time in Isabelle's apartment. It genuinely is a home from home and we very much look forward to a return visit.

We were greeted by Fatima promptly on our arrival who showed us around this beautiful apartment. Everything in this apartment is of a very high standard the patio is great for sunbathing too if you don't fancy going down to the pool area which is great too. I love the security of the shutters too. Restaurants and bars are very close a few mins walk from the apartment. The marina is within walking distance too. The weather this week has been glorious too Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be coming back

Localização de fácil acesso, em aldeia muito simpática. Urbanização de excelente qualidade, bem localizada. Relacionamento e comunicação com o proprietário fáceis e com muita qualidade. Recomendável. Noites agradáveis para toda a família. *****

Adorámos o apartamento! A limpeza e decoração estava 5 estrelas! Existia todo o tipo de utensílios de cozinha muitos deles ainda sem uso. O local é muito agradável, as piscinas têm tratamento da água em condições, e os espaços verdes estão bem cuidados. Está a 100 metros do Pingo Doce, do Mercado Municipal e do centro da cidade. Só usámos o carro para ir à praia. Recomendo!
