Great condo with a nice stocked kitchen beds were comfortable and it was clean. Outdoor furniture on balcony needs replacing was the only thing that I noticed. Great location you can park and never have to get back in your you can walk everywhere you need to go.

We enjoyed the convenience of being across the beach, two-cars parking, closed to shops and restaurants.
Pet friendly is a plus.
I would recommend staying at this property.

Our daughter got married on the beach. We rented 3 condos at the Sandpiper. They were very nice & spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

Steps to the beach
The condo was perfectly located; steps to the beach, my favorite pizza place, favorite breakfast place and shopping. The condo was very livable for our family. I particularly liked the balcony.

Great location, easy to communicate with rental agency, clean property and a generous amount of living space to hang out. Kitchen well equipped for impromptu breakfast for dinner when kids were too tired for a restaurant.

The furniture was dirty. The overall property needed a face lift. Not many nice restaurants to eat. Beach was ok but dogs are but allows on them which was a surprise. Not many parks to take dogs around there.

We chose this property because we have a large family. My husband, myself and 6 kids. We were absolutely blown away by our rental. It was so beautifully decorated. Very clean and automatically felt just like home. Having our own designated parking spots was something we appreciated most. Parking would have been a nightmare otherwise. And we were in perfect walking distance to the beach! There was absolutely no disappointment for our family for our first ever beach trip. We are already planning our next stay, in the same condo and we've passed along the information to a few friends!

I was not able to be with my puppy though as dogs age less than 1 year not allowed ( even if the property says pet friendly)

We arrived on a Saturday and spent a few days relaxing. This condo is in a perfect location! It’s large and you can park your car and never get it in again until it’s time to leave. I highly recommend and will be back!

My husband & I and our 3 boys arrived to this property seeking a wonderful beach vacation. We found ourselves in a disgusting, unkept condo whose only selling point is its location to the beach.
I’ll start with the parking and say that the access to park was difficult to get into. We brought 2 cars and while there were technically two spaces, our cars didn’t really fit in the two spaces provided. The surrounding area of the garage was filthy & overflowing with trash.
The condo itself photographed deceptively well. Walls & carpet were stained, smudged, & dirty. Door facings had not been cleaned. Dishes in the cabinets were not clean. The sheets were extremely low quality. You could not run both showed at or there was no hot water. The washer & dryer were filled with sand. The water spout in the refrigerator was filled with black mold. The previous renters dirty sock was left behind. The air did not cool below 70. There was a bright building light outside that shines directly in the master bedroom all night. Being close to all the bars, there is party crowd noise all night long.
I’m extremely disappointed in this property and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone.

The unit itself is very nice. Plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. Great location and love that the parking is gated. This unit is also pet friendly which was perfect for us. The HOA was doing significant construction while we were there and the noise was terrible. The walls to the unit were literally vibrating, starting at 8:00 in the morning and lasted all day for three days. We were not notified in advance which was disappointing. The rental company should be aware of things like this and should be transparent with their communications. After several emails, calls and a personal visit to the realty company, they finally offered us some of our money back as they did not have another place to move us to due to the holiday week. If they had not been doing construction on the building while we were there, our stay would have been perfect and we would have been totally satisfied with this rental.
