The property owner welcomed us himself on our arriving, gave us useful tips for our stay in Bari. The location was excellent, only in the small walking distance to the beach as well as to the center of the town. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and cozy, there was even a small balcony with a view to the sea.
The coffee machine in the apartment was tricky, may be Italian traditional Mocca would have been suited to this beautiful apartment better.

Great property, location was perfect for access to old town, shopping area, beach and harbour.
We really enjoyed the size of the room and the balcony.
Lorenzo was a great host, he was at the property to meet us and provided recommendations for eating, supermarket and laundry.
Would recommend Bari as a central location to explore the Puglia region.
It would have been nice is there was a lounge in the room.

Very kind and helpful owner. Good location, close to the train station, old town/shopping street and beach too. Kitchen is well equipped, you got a Nespresso machine as well for your early morning coffee.
Refrigerator is quite small, but enough for the most needed foods and drinks.

The atmosphere in the apartment was exactly what we wanted, not too clinical or modern and the location was excellent. The host was there on time when we arrived and was friendly and helpful.
Maybe the toilet should have had hooks for towels and full body mirror in the room, not big flaws :)

The host was very welcoming and helped us get the ticket for the car when we first arrived. He was very responsive to any request we made. The flat was very spacious and well equipped and we really enjoyed our 4 nights. The bed was super comfortable with a vast array of pillows and cushions. The location was first class with everything within walking distance. We are already planning to return!
we could have done with a sharp knife in the kitchen to tackle the Altamura bread.

There is all that you need in apartment (and many more)- dishes in the kitchen, hair dryer, iron, umbrellas. You feel at home there

I loved this Property. Lorenzo and his wife were very welcoming and accommodated our late arrival. The property has been sympathetically updated though it still retains its original charm and so many of its original features. The location is fantastic. Just a few steps to the sea front and only a short walk to the city centre or the old town. it is also is also very close to Urban restaurant which Stanley Tucci recently featured on his Tv show. Lovely hosts and a nice place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Possibly the best place to stay in Bari. The location is perfect, few minutes to walk to the sea and few minutes to the center of Bari. Apartment is very stylish, comfortable with beautiful balcony. The host was very helpful and super friendly. Loads of fantastic restaurants, café bars and supermarket close to the apartment.10/10.

Lorenzo (property owner) is a very helful and nice person.Explained transport from airport. Waited for us in front of house. English speaking. Booked a taxi to get back to the airport in early morning hours.

For apartment just very basic and limited options for cooking. Extremely small fridge, little place to cook.
Noisy street for sleeping - especially motorbikes during the night. Cant imagine sleeping with opened window

The location was perfect. Close to the water and a short walk from the old town. I loved the recommendations from the host on where to eat/drink. It was also so nice to have a balcony.

Very easy to communicate with the hosts and they met us at the door of the apartment on arrival. The room was in a great location near to the coast and near to the old town. Walking distance to places in the centre of Bari. Lovely apartment, comfortably fitted 2 people.

We had really good time in Bari.
Unfortunately the street was a little bit noisy during the night and if someone is a light sleeper , he/she can wake up for that.

Convenient and quiet location. Very comfortable and close to attractions. Host was helpful and accessible.

Fantastic location, comfortable apartment, a wonderful tenement house with a stylish elevator, a fully equipped kitchen are just the technical part of the experience. The personality of Lorenzo, who met to hand over the keys, but also meet his guests, talk about expectations, recommend places to visit, stay in touch via Whatsapp, and a supply of coffee and wonderful pastries only added to the wonderful experience of the stay.
There is no such thing! However, Friday or Saturday nights in Italy are quite loud in the street ;)

The apartment is well located in a nice neighbourhood, just 3min walking distance to the sea, 10min to the old town and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. A supermarket is also around the corner.
The flat is more spacious as evident on the pictures and the balcony is perfect for a nice little breakfast. I also loved the matrass and the pillows... sooo comfortable!!! We can really recommend this place!!!
We didn't expect this much mosquitos that close to the sea and end of October. But yeah it happend and was a bit disturbing. I recommend to look after the balcony door when its dark... keep it closed!!!

Looks exactly like in the photos, the apartment is gorgeous and well equipped. The balcony is great for spending the evenings and Lorenzo was a welcoming and helpful host.
Noise from the neighbouring apartment can sometimes be heard, however some earplugs quickly sorted the issue.
