Over great place. Clean and open. Good response from owner. Minor inconveniences include only 2 teaspoons for our party of 17 and only 3 coffee mugs and no cookie sheets. We would stay there again.

Super close to everything you could want on your destin trip!

Beautiful clean home that exceeded my expectations! The property managers communicated very well during the planning process. We were able to check in early because the property was ready ahead of schedule. If we ever come back to Destin, we would definitely stay here again.

Pro’s/Con’s- Con’s- ————— -Dirty bathroom sink areas, there was old toothpaste residue on the counters. -pool was dirty upon arrival -outside is NOT maintained -there was a used bandaid and an empty beer can left next to the pool upon arrival. (Extremely grossed out by the used bandaid.) -Outdoor furniture is rusted and broken -roaches of all sizes including baby ones in multiple areas of the house -couches looked dirty/dingey -maintenance guys randomly showed up with no notice. Just strolled into the backyard as we were back there. Cigarette hanging out of their mouth..super professional. They also took the leaf blower and blew everything into the pool -balcony banister had bars missing -balcony deck had no furniture on it -photos on website are not updated. -beds were all broken underneath -bunk beds were broken -Our feet and socks were black after walking on the floors the first day. So cleaning is subpar to say the least. -Washer has mold and has not been cleaned. Smells moldy. Pro’s- -neighborhood was safe and enjoyable. -Had plenty of room. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. -House smelled good upon arrival. -Short walk to the beach -Contactless & keyless entry All in all- we will definitely come back to visit Destin. It’s an amazing area, perfect for families..beaches are amazing. I don’t think I’ll stay in this house again and I wouldn’t recommend this house to anyone I knew personally. I’ve stayed in houses like this before on vacation and this was by far the dirtiest, and the outside was really disappointing by how under maintained it was. Every year we go to Destin for our family vacation and this year we choose beach basket rental, such a beautiful home with lots of space and the home theater a plus also a great location shopping centers,restaurants, stores all close by also the beach! We highly recommend this home if u have a big family! We will definitely be back 2022

The house was very clean. The outside area has not been recently cleaned along the gangway between homes. The beds were very comfortable with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. I would stay here again!

We vacation in Destin regularly and have usually had great properties that lived up to their photos & listing details. It does not appear that the owner has maintained the property in sometime. While the property manager did respond to some of our concerns (including replacing the unusable grill and providing us a small refund)...they could not fix many of the issues that were a result of lack of maintenance. The exterior pool/basketball area was a mess. The furniture was damaged, rusty or missing. The basketball court only had one hoop that was broken/crooked. The flower beds hadn't been mulched in at least a couple of years and so the yard was more dirt than anything else. There was no furniture on any of the porches/balconies. The coaches were so stained that we covered them in sheets just to use them during our stay. Exhaust fans don't work in all but one bathroom. Lastly the cleaning was subpar at best. The location is great but the owner needs to maintain the property or update the pictures/listing to give renters a true sense of what they're getting.

We had my husband and I, my parents our oldest son, wife their 2 kids, and our daughter and her husband. It was perfect for our family as everyone had their own bathroom with King bedroom and the kids had a bunk room (we had an extra bunk room). The pool and basketball court were awesome for backyard fun. The property needs cleaning up (dead leaves all around that kept blowing in the pool). Nice outdoor seating. We spent a lot of time in the backyard. There is an outdoor shower to rinse sand off toys, feet etc. The kitchen is nice but, not well equipped. (No toaster) I would suggest bringing your own knife for cutting veggies etc. (We ate at the house a lot because of our large group and the restaurants were slammed with so many people in Destin). There is a regular coffee pot and a Kuerig which work great! There is a large theatre room area on the landing upstairs that is very nice. There are a lot of remotes so thankfully our kids figured it out for the grandkids. There are TVs in all rooms but, not all have cable boxes and there are wires everywhere. We did rent a golf cart to shuttle my parents, kids and stuff to the beach. There’s not a lot of parking at the beach entrance. All in all this is a great house for multiple couples and kids. We have been vacationing in this area for 22+ years and love it.

We loved Beach Basket for our family vacation!! We had both daughters and their families plus a couple of teenage buddies!! Everyone had their own spot and lots of room to move around. The pool was a huge hit with everyone as well as the x-box and the theater room upstairs. The beach was a very easy walk and we spent lots of time there.

We came to Destin with another family and had a great time at the Beach basket. Four adults and four teenage boys. Loved the pool and basketball court. The boys each had a room to themselves upstairs and loved the XBox and huge projector screen. We loved the heated pool! The only drawbacks were that we never could get the dishwasher to work. The lawn furniture was rusting out and one chair was broken along with the table umbrella. What a great deal, location and house! It was perfect for our group.

The stay was fantastic! The house is big enough for everyone. We were 12 guests! and everyone had an amazing time. I only wished we could've stayed longer! The house is so spacious and the private pool is amazing! There is also a basketball court! I totally recommend this house for big families! I liked that if I had a concern, the people in charge of the property were quick at responding with solutions!

The best experience ever!!! The house was very spacious, very clean, and welcoming!!! The pool was Great!!! Kids got to enjoy it as well as the basketball court, and the movie room! We will definitely come back!!!!

This property is close to the beach; a little too far to walk with all your gear, but a super quick drive. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking items. The house is a good size for a large group. The back yard area needs attention: the fence slats are broken, the pool filter is not working properly, leaving the water murky and stagnant, and patio furniture is worn and a chair is broken. We had to call maintenance to replace the TV in an upstairs bedroom. Trash was full when we arrived and a first floor bedroom had sand in the bed. Decent house but cleanliness and better preparation for guests is needed.
