Résidence Le Snow au coeur de la station. Location du samedi au samedi uniquement. Studio lumineux de 25 m2 plus mezzanine de très faible hauteur avec couchage 2 personnes. Balcon orientation sud-ouest donnant sur la station. STUDIO SUR DEUX NIVEAUX pour 4 à 5 personnes. Superbe vue dégagée sur la station. Départ à ski de l'immeuble, nombreuses activités après ski ou en journée, aqualand, bowling, bars, restaurants, boutiques, promenade en traîneaux....le tout à proximité (tout à pied et sans voiture). Tous commerces dans la station, village enfant, école de ski et supérette au pied de l'immeuble.
Couchage pour 5 personnes, un clic clac130x190, une banquette lit 80x190, un lit 140x190 sur mezzanine de très faible hauteur. WIFI dans l'appartement. Premier niveau : Entrée : patères, banc, rangement chaussures, casiers de rangements(gants, lunettes ....). Crochets pour suspendre les casques. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, sèche cheveux, sèche serviette.
WC séparé avec lave mains. Cuisine équipée, plaque à induction, four mixte-micro onde, lave vaisselle, lave linge, réfrigérateur, table, chaises, banc d'angle, placard suspendu. Penderie et placard pont 4 portes. Commode sous plan de travail. 2ème niveau : Clic Clac 130x190, lit banquette 1 personne 190x80cm Literie : Couette : 220/240 pour clic clac Couette 140/200 pour lit une personne. Couette : 200/200 pour le lit de la mezzanine. 5 oreillers rectangulaires. Salon : 3 petites tables gigognes, 2 lampes de chevet, meuble de rangement 4 étagères, TV écran plat, Lecteur DVD. Mezzanine de très faible hauteur. Détecteur de fumée. BALCON : orientation sud-ouest, vue magnifique sur la station, rangement des skis sur le balcon.

A great apartment, recently refurbished, with modern kitchen and bathrooms, whilst retaining a Savoyard feel. The apartment is very well appointed, and was comfortable for our party of 4, but would fit 5 or 6. A great location, straight out into the centre of Avoriaz, for both ski in, ski out, and also shops, bars and restaurants. Despite its cetntral location it was also quiet, due to it being high up in its block, so away from the noise. This also gave the benefit of fantastic views, and great sunsets due to its westerly aspect. The owner has taken great care to appoint the property comprehensively, especially the kitchen. WiFi was fast and reliable. Overall, would thoroughly recommend.

The apartment is very well situated at the bottom off the main street. The view is great. No surprises; it is as discribed. Well equipped but the hoover need to be looked at. Perfect for our family of 4.

This small apartment is well equipped. The location is very central, all shops are just a few meters away. And from the elevator you can go directly to the ski slopes. Even though, it is quiet in the night. I would stay there definitely again.

This is the second time we have rented this apartment. It's location is brilliant to the shops and for ski in and out. The apartment is well equipped with cooking equipment, wifi, DVD and TV. It is not a big apartment but uses all space very well for storage and sleeping arrangements for our family of 4. Lovely shower and great ski storage inside. Would recommend and communication with owner is excellent.

The apartment was well designed and well equipped....... the power shower was luxurious after a day on the ski slopes!
Mme Fresneau was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
The only downside was that we rented bedding and towels from the agency Avoriaz Location and it was incredibly expensive!

We had a great weeks stay in this apartment. There were only 2 of us and we thought it was perfect. Really close to the chair lifts, easy to get to/from supermarket and wide selection of bars and restaurants. Cooking facilities were ample, shower was fantastic, apartment was clean and warm. There was also wifi and plenty of space to chill out. Agency staff could not have been more helpful / responsive when it came to organising pick-up and drop off of the keys! Would definitely recommend!

Well appointed and fitted out. The shower is great after a day on the slopes and the kitchen makes cooking very easy. Plenty of sleeping space, though it can be a touch warm on the mezzanine of a night. Only improvement I can think of would be WIFI which we missed, otherwise can thoroughly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Excellent location close to supermarkets and restaurants. Ski in ski out.
