My wife and I were visiting my son who is going through chemotherapy (just 1 more treatment to go!!!). Dawn's place was less than a mile from his apartment so was very convenient. Dawn met us when we checked in and showed us around. She invited us to come up on her deck to watch the golfers and the sunset, but we never did follow through, because we weer with my son every evening. The apartment is plenty big for 2 people but if you tried to put 3 in it would be a crowd. We'd stay here agin wgen we visit.

Dawn goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. You’ll be centrally located to visit Boulder, Estes Park, Colorado Springs and many other surrounding little quant towns. We went constantly, however, coming back to stay here at night felt like home away from home. Felt like we had known Dawn forever, she truly is a special woman and offers great information about exciting things going on around her town and others! All her references were on point! You won’t go wrong staying here. Till we meet again Dawn! ❤️

Property is immaculate! Very quiet location. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. Twenty minutes to Boulder and a little over 1 hour drive to Rocky Mountains NP. Lots of grocery stores, Walmart and restaurants close by. Great communication from owner.

The property was beyond expectations -- very clean and well equipped -- in a location convenient to the suburbs east of Boulder. The host was exceptionally welcoming and told us of many local restaurants and attractions. We had a thoroughly wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

More than meets the eye!
This apartment is a great find! In the lower level of a beautiful house, it overlooks a golf course and pond with a walking path right out the backdoor.
The sunsets are beautiful, Dawn is a sweet and accommodating host. We felt very welcome and yet separate. She has set up the house with everything you might need and the space is very well maintained and clean! The bed is cozy, linens and towels are high quality. We highly recommend after our great experience.

Amazing, spotlessly clean VRBO!
When we arrived Dawn met us at the door. She explained everything about the property and turned over the keys. The place was spotlessly clean, no immaculate would be the word! Everything we needed for our stay was in the well furnished garden level apartment. It's in a great area of Lafayette on a dead end street, very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. My wife and I would highly recommend this nugget! Thanks Dawn for the welcome and the western slope 'Peaches'. Look forward to our next stay in your lovely home.

Our trip to the Boulder area was fabulous! There is so much to see and do and this apartment was relatively close to everything. This apartment was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. Dawn was wonderful to work with and gave us lots of suggestions for things to do, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.Best place we every stayed.

The property is beautiful. Your view is the 9th hole of the golf course. There is a walking path a few feet from the door. Easy to locate, in a lovely neighborhood. You'll find the apartment is very private and inviting. Kitchen has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and linens are more than acceptable. Cable TV for those days the weather doesn't cooperate. I wouldn't hesitate to visit Dawn's property again. Had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

An unforgettable stay
We enjoyed our time and did not want to leave. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything for a couple who wants to stay for short or long time. It is sitting on the golf course overlooking its lake- very easy to get there, only few steps away. In addition, the neighborhood was lovely, very quite on the one hand, yet provided many opportunities for walks or bike. Beautiful Wenaka lake is just 20 min walk from there.
Above all was the warm welcome of Dawn and her endless help in every matter that came up. We thank you so much for your support and help during our stay, sure enough we will come back.

Property is in a beautiful neighborhood within a golf course community conveniently located. Perfect for a couple or single person. It is meticulously maintained with the essentials and then some . Dawn is a wonderful host and by the time I left, I felt like I had a new friend.. I would highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer .

Great Place to Stay
This pleasant garden apartment is accurately reflected in both words and pictures on the VRBO site. It is thoughtfully designed and stocked to provide most all that you’ll need. It is clean with plenty of space for storing both your clothes and toiletries. The location also gives you great options for walking either through the neighborhood and around the golf course, or across the road where you can circle Waneka Lake Park and can get a beautiful view of the Front Range. It had everything we needed to feel at home for our 10 day stay. I would recommend this property.

Great comfortable accommodation
My wife and I were in the Denver area for 2 weeks and this apartment was perfect. Clean, spacious, and in a great location close to great restaurants and a grocery store. Dawn is so easy to work with and she went out of her way to make our stay the best it could be. We will be returning to the area to visit family and can only hope Dawn's apartment is available.

Lafayette Garden Apartment
This was a great place to stay! My wife and I stayed at this apartment just over 2 weeks. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She lived upstairs and was easy to contact. The pricing was very reasonable. All in all it was a enjoyable two weeks. We would not hesitate to stay there again on our next trip to the Lafayette area.
