The apartment could not have been in a better spot. Parking is premium in Oxford, but this apartment came with two designated spots, only 1/4 mile from the square. We walked (uphill) several times to the fantastic restaurants and cute shops on the charming square. In fact, I walked (separately) to Ole Miss, Faulkner's home, and Big Bad Breakfast on different walks from the apartment.
We were impressed by how well supplied the apartment was, with plenty of kitchen items (even oil and spices), shampoo, extra blankets, etc. It really felt welcoming.
The apartment is very nicely decorated. My 20-something sons were pleased that the apartment was not too girly. I enjoyed an afternoon on the deck outside one bedroom.
Check-in could not have been smoother, and Wendy was full of help and suggestions for enjoying Oxford. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time in this cute little condo! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. You cannot beat this location as it is walking distance (a bit of a walk but still walking distance) to the square or a very quick uber ride to the Grove. Easy check-in and all beds were very comfortable!

We were able to walk to the Grove and to the Square ( it was uphill in some places, but totally do-able) GREAT gated area for pets to run. Wendy was so welcoming and the condo is well equipped with Kuerig, towels, a washer and dryer , You Tube TV (made my husband happy for gameday prep) Will definitely stay at this property again in the future !

Wendy’s condo is just adorable! Very cute decor, and it was so clean! It had everything we needed to make our stay convenient. The washer and dryer, Keurig coffeemaker, and two parking spots! It came in so handy since we had a rental car and we were visiting our twin students, so they had a parking place too! Not to mention the easy walk to the square!

Absolutely fabulous
Wendy was the most gracious host!! I was evacuated from New Orleans b/c of the Hurricane and in desperate need to get away. Wendy went above and beyond to help us feel like we were home. She had fresh flowers, a warming welcome note, some goodies for us to enjoy. The Condo was spotless and so welcoming!! Will definitely stay here again! The location was wonderful; washer and dryer was a godsend.

Great Location!!!
This condo is literally steps from the square!! So fun to walk to dinner!! The kitchen needed some attention, I’m certain the owner would have been appalled because she was lovely to work with!! Dirty glasses/counter tops. The owner went out of her way to reserve our parking spots for us!! So NICE!!! She welcomed our little dog too even though we ended up leaving her at home!!
As a side note, the exterior of the building is in bad need of repair. Rusty/rickety stairs. Walkways that haven’t been cleaned up for what looks like a long time. I’m sure the HOA charges a lot, they need to repair/clean up the outside of the building.

Excellent Unit
We had the pleasure of staying 4 days in this unit in Oxford, while we were there for a family reunion. The unit was well maintained & well equipped. The only problem we had was the fact that the Keurig coffee maker did not work. In addition, I was not enough of a geek to take full advantage of the ROKU TV system. The location close to the square was awesome. We would stay again.
